If police knew that she was making bogus calls.
They can act on Harassment.
After the 3rd time or so they can put a markk next to her name/phone number and first of all, legally say "it's no important, so we'll only send someone if there's NOTHING else" and secondly, every bogus call after is a huge fine for wasting police resources/time (at least where i'm from), the whole thing is basically "the boy who cried wolf".

So if police were to no respond to an actual emergency they are liable.
But they can always issue fines for wasting police time.
1st story. I question their legal actions. No matter how descriptive one report is. One simple phone call does not grant a search warrant. Even so. Those detectives should have made a move against Karen for the illegal search themselves. He basically was swatted.

We got searched because our neighbor was selling pot, the neighbor on the other side of us made one call about suspicious activity and gave them the wrong apartment number. It can take just one call.

First story there is a question about the legitimacy of that warrant, was it supported by oath or affirmation, and if so, who took the oath to support the warrant? Was it Karen? And if that's the case she should have been charged
Last story: in spite of the poor kid being homeless, I think you're doing the right thing. Your Ex needs a shot of reality. Also, the next time she tries to guilt trip you that you're making her homeless, before she can complete the line say, "You made your bed. Now sleep in it. It is for the police to arrest her. For filing make false allegations report. Not for you to go to the police. If she doing what she is doing. And sue the base on person without doing any investigation.
Last story, if I had an ex steal any of my firearms they would be reported immediately to the Feds, and to be blunt that is a more serious crime imo than the stolen car. Due to the weapon being registered in OP's name it would have some responsiblity if any crime was commited with it, unless he could have proven it was stolen.

Not for the stories, but a little advice. The transition between each story needs a lot of work. They're run-on every time and if you're not paying close attention you miss the beginning of the story really quick.
Old fart here....Heard first story and most of second before stopping. Both stories are BS, totally. A felony conviction with jail time for throwing rock through window???? At most, malicious property damage. Small fine. Making false reports? IF the cops actually thought they were bogus, they erred by showing up and bothering home owner. BTW, no way she could get convicted of anything. Second story: Carry all that lumber 250 feet up a hill for construction? Why not use the driveway to the construction site? Permits would not be given for construction if no plans for a driveway first for access to site. Have considerable experience with this and a driveway is the absolute first thing to build.

While the story is about this HOA Karen calling 911 on the OP, there's no mention of the OP not being a part of the HOA. His story assumes that he is a part of this HOA and being harassed by an HOA Karen.

First 2 stories, at least, were made up. Misdemeanor is a fine only, felony charges may result in prison time, but in this case would likely have been probation. Your source for stories is not very reliable.
