DAC technology is changing fast but is sound quality getting better in this price range? It ends up on your personal prefrences. Al this stuff sounds great.

TBH. i wasn't aware of this company till i saw your first review of the integrated amp a few weeks ago and now this one. seems like a great company with great product. and this unit DAC & Streamer sounds promising.. i'm gearing more toward multi function audio equipment in ONE UNIT. (save a lot on separate pieces and interconnect cables !. (how does it sound with the QUALIO Speakers?). love the review. thank you..
@@thomashull7169 as I said in the video. :) I will say that I feel I2s is vastly overrated. I’ve used it many times in testing with other gear and always went right back to coax or USB. I personally have never heard a benefit to I2s. Some do, so for those this piece will not work for theme as I talked about in the video. Thanks for watching.

In my personal opinion and experience, Electrocompaniet is the most tube sound like solid state electronics. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Great review. I have the ECI6 MkII (no built in streamer or dac). That integrated is a magic. I am now so tempted to get this streamer/dac as well.

hello I have the same ec6 dx and triangle duetto configuration. I still find that it lacks bass and that a subwoofer is necessary.

No ....they have another line of products, the RENAs ....cheaper ....please could you review them as well !
In my opinion, it’s not the best if it doesn’t have an HDMI eARC input.

Sounds better than current gear IMO with the right amp. Have Denafrips Venus 12th and LAIV as well, paired with an ARCE streamer.
