I was surprised about the wet n wild one since the one I had works perfectly so I went out and bought two more of the same one, put it on the paper, and the one I already had was fine, same for the second one, but then the third one looked really watered down so I am positive you got a bad batch like I did when I bought two more.

The one that I use that is really opaque and decently cheap is the Barry M black gel polish, I think it’s fab 🤩

Morgan Taylor's "Black Shadow" is the best black I've used, and although it probably isn't as good as Cristine's "One-Coat Black," it's usually available for pretty cheap on Amazon and it's opaque in 1 thin coat.

i used the wet n wild one before. i want to say its full coverage, but my nails are like mega short, even for short standards. so maybe thats why everyone else said its full coverage; they don't need as much to cover their nails so it seems full coverage.

My favorite black polish ive come accross in my experience is Sally hanson hard as nails Black heart. I just lucked out on it being the third black polish ive ever used and being very opaque and quick drying. Never needed to look for a different one.
