Use the sneaking suit to get behind her if your having trouble creeping up it helps out a lot to make your footsteps quieter when approaching her but as you can see in the video you don’t need it as long as you know what your doing.
It doesn’t work for that difficulty check out my video I did for cloaked in silence extreme it’s faster and easier then this one if your good with timing.
If you want to do the task not kill her juste take the brenan sniper shoot her when she got 1 pv use the drop point and if u want quiet dont move when its like 10 second for the droppoint drop show your self and get down for distracting
