I would normally say I'm biased too but because it has its own fandom and was recognised by so many media as the best, and also seeing other newer idol variety shows starting to have a similar style, we can say it's a fact!!

the concept was that it wasnt for “variety” or “entertainment” so they know that the footages will air but they would act naturally and wouldnt try hard to be funny (tho they naturally are) since most gose eps focuses on like games or ad-libs they tend to act and say stuff to be funny
One thing about Seventeen and games, majority of the members if not all, are very competitive, so that’s naturally made them good at playing any games.
really enjoy watching your seventeen content. always lovely to see people liking seventeen and finding them endearing and entertaining. but it's kinda special when someone like you who just gets their vibe and their humour. it just makes the reaction so much more enjoyable to watch, they're absolute menaces and you don't miss a beat and just gets it lol
The person that they were clowning in the car for asking them to talk about how hard they worked was the producer for Going Seventeen, Hyunsuk. One of my favorite things about SVT is that they always pull back the curtain on just how "scripted" these unscripted shows actually are by constantly clowning their PD for his requests/scripts. He had sent them a text with instructions/suggestions along the lines of "since this will be airing at the end. of the year, maybe mention the New Year and reflect on the previous year. But we don't want this to be pretentious, so make it sound casual." And immediately they all turn to the camera, read off his text verbatim, mock his outdated slang, melodramatically follow his instructions, and then shout I THOUGHT YOU DIDN'T WANT THIS TO BE PRETENTIOUS. Absolute gremlins, we love to see it. They're really close with him (referring to him as Hyunsuk hyung rather than his title of PDnim, for starters) and often complain to him via the cameras about the situations he's put them into for the show, and he tends to respond via asides in the editing/subtitles. Adorable.

Going Seventeen is genuinely the funniest idol variety show there is. Every single episode is so funny, Svt and their GoSe staff have such chemistry
