    In this exercise there is one fixed constant sound that is constantly there in my awareness that is neither coming nor going. It is just there present all the time, even now as I write this comment. The sound is somewhat like the sound from the steam escaping from a milk cooker. It is always there, neither disturbing nor aiding in anything
    It is not created it is that it is always available if to the awareness in me
    My guru passed away 42 years ago so there is no one for clarifying this experience. Wonder if this has any significance in my spiritual journey?

      As per the symptoms you are are listening to Ananhata Naad, people listen when they are about to have their kundalini awakening
