ARM LENGTH MEASUREMENT | Wrench Science Fit System

Standing with a pen in your hand make a fist with the pen coming out the bottom of your fist. Stick your arm out to the side parallel to the ground and measure from your armpit touching your ribs firmly to the centerline of the pen. (Approx. 1/3rd behind where you fingers join your palm). Measure both arms twice and take the average.
