For the sake of nostalgia I might buy this just to play it again and what I love is the fact that Chicken Little, Abby, Runt and Fish all do things young gamers did, 1. Borrow games from each other (not many people do that anymore) 2. Take turns playing a game that’s single player (most games nowadays have online coop) 3. Invite one another around to help complete a difficult level (online guides)
I genuinely think that an expanded universe with the Ace movie could have been really cool. They might have even made a cartoon series for it too if it got enough traction.
It's nice to know more people played this game... it gets easier with time but the story and characters overall are really funny, R.I.P. Adam West he did an amazing job with Ace's character💯
Game was surprisingly pretty good. Still has some issues, but better than expected. Almost makes me wish the Ace stuff was continued to possibly get more games for it.
This game is based on the ending of Chicken Little, featuring Ace, the alter ego of Chicken Little and movie parody versions of his friends. The real characters we know from the film are featured. Even the actors reprise their roles except Steve Zahn.
This game was essentially a Ratchet & Clank rip-off that turned out way better than anyone could have hoped. It was actually better than both the movie and the game that was more closely based on the movie. The animation is actually a little better than R&C (of PS2 era) more on par with Jack 2 and 3. As I recall I just took a chance and bought this because it was only $40 on PS2 yet $50 on the Wii, I guess because the PS2 was on its way out. While it wasn't as much fun as R&C it was still pretty good and I overall had fun with the actual gameplay as well as the cutscenes. For its price, it was actually the "best bang for your buck" game I ever bought that wasn't a used game.
Given that a solo in-universe movie WAS eventually made for Buzz Lightyear... I feel like a Captain Little/Ace centric movie isn't out of the realm of possibility- bar Adam West's passing that is.

I would’ve watched an Ace movie, but it definitely shouldn’t be made nowadays without Adam West.
I wish Disney would make this again or better
