Kinza am a 28 years old guy, and i have been watching your vlogs since last two days very keenly. So today when i was about to stand to pray for my Esha prayer so u popped up in my mind.
I just wanted to tell you that u have been eating food to gain weight. I would advise you to get a 5kg irani yousaf e hooth Dates and eat 4 or 5 everyday! They are great energizers and sweets alternators aswell.
Thank you for your kind suggestion. However I'm not gaining anymore weight, I just need to maintain it now!

If you are used to squats now, even thats enough. You need to do 165 squats a day to loose 3500 calories! 1 kg is around 7000 calories! You can loose a kg in a day. I used to do the same! Just simple squats! Rest, i hope you are having a great time in Punjab! I find your vlogs very positive!
