We all love German cars, more complicated but of course fun/more exited. But, having a CR-V like this will remove any concern/worries in terms of reliability. Stress free driving experience lol
I know a lot of people who have this 3rd generation CR-V and I see why. It’s just simple, it’s proven, and it’ll last you yearsssss. That 2.4L K24 4 cylinder will last years with good maintenance, and who doesn’t love that VTEC engagement 👏👏 plus simple 5 speed automatic which is perfect, not too much gear hunting.
Good 0-60 time, considering the miles and maybe not that good of a maintenance, it’s pretty solid, that tells you that this little suv can last forever even with bad owners, and still keep up to the traffic!
Have you found a 05-07 Mercury Montego yet? I would be thrilled to see one featured on your channel. And to stay on topic of the video, I like the older Hondas, especially the ones with the VTEC 4 cylinders or V6
our geo tracker we owned 20 years ago did 0-60 in 16 seconds with a 3 speed auto and it was fine for the streets. Not so much short on ramps though lol. Not fun having a car that slow but certainly fine for a to b duties. In regular street traffic you realistically only use about 20-40hp for a regular sized car.
oh, and she also wants a subaru forester xt, like one of the 09-13 models, which one should she get? shes really indecisive because shes had a subie and a honda and loved both lol
The RAV4 did almost 1.5 seconds better 0-60 (I did test it on a cooler day though), but I didn't feel any performance difference in the real world. The CR-V pulls nice on the highway and it does have better gearing than the RAV4. To me, they felt about the same, and the CR-V felt more responsive at highway speeds.
Hi! Thanks for watching. Like I said, there is a really long list of cars which have already been filmed that are getting posted. I'll get to the Rogue when I come across one.
I bought my EXL crv kinda skeptical that it wouldnt really want it, I LOVE IT. For a basic af car, definitely my favorite ive driven
That's great!

It's a reliable and simple car! Gets the job done well.

It's a great car!
@@DMCarReviews it’s the not the fastest but CR-Vs are not about speed, it’s about comfort, simplicity, and is a transportation appliance. 👍👍
@@TonyKimtheamusementparkfan With some mods and a turbo you can make it fast for sure :)
13:41 "the gang's all here ahh"
What?
@@DMCarReviews Because you're rolling 3 deep with other CR-Vs
Pretty solid for an older Honda
For sure!
Im a Chevy guy, but if i had to have any honda vehicle, it'd be the first Gen crv from '99 or the 2001 accord type r
Nice!

That's what they all seem to run

Not yet! Hopefully I can soon.
Great videos! Is it possible to review a 2016+ GS350 F Sport? Also, do you prefer lexus awd 6 speed transmissions or the rwd 8 speeds? Thanks!
Hi! I'll film one if I come across one. I definitely prefer the 6 speed. Much better ratios and response.
My mom has it in Mugen style. Thanks for review
Nice! Thank you for watching :)
@@DMCarReviews truly, a lot of moms in the world have it 😀

That's correct! This car has plenty of pickup for daily driving. It's really good on the highway too. Gets up to 80-90mph with ease.
13:41 crv crew ahhh
not going to win any races but a solid transportation
Just press the pedal earlier and you can hold off some quicker traffic
my mom really wants one of these, which trim level should she get
I'd recommend the EX AWD

@ I'd go for the Forester XT
did this or the rav4 2.4 feel slower

Hey great video but I requested the 2016 rogue from about 4 and a half months ago. Is there some kind of delay (I’m not trying) to be rude 😕

Dude, this is a 180 Horsepower. Not 166
Yeah, you're right.
