Carol and I are on our way back home to Ontario from Winnipeg, Manitoba. We decided to stop at Sandbar Provincial Park near Ignace, Ontario and rest for the night. We went for a walk through the park to see the sights. After the walk we made home made Spaghetti in our camper van and eat strawberries for dessert.

Totally agree. I try to go in with an open mind because I really like Ken; but this just isn’t it. I’ll always watch his videos but this just isn’t great content. It’s okay.
He needs to go back to his roots. Boot the wife, fire up rusty, pull into one of America’s most unhealthy fast food restaurants and get back to work.

Gonna have to agree. Definitely miss your stealth camp, solo food reviews, etc. Perhaps create another channel dedicated to the van life w/your wife. Your fans miss your old content.

Try braising the meat in the sauce for at least half an hour dude. This has to be the most chaotic spaghetti recipe I’ve ever seen.
The fact that he chose a fork for his spaghetti was the most exciting part. 😮
I love Ken Domik so this is not hate but I agree some of this content is being forced.
The videos used to be travelling for food, now he's travelling but it feels like food is only like 20% of the videos. It's not food worth being excited about like before just random small town truck stop or cooked in the Sprinter foods.
I feel like there used to be a lot more interesting and specialty foods on this channel (along with fast food). I love the personal touch but most of the audience is wanting a more food centered approach and not a camper centered approach.
Maybe at least make something good to eat.

Negative, cooked sauce in my cast iron many times.
Long as you have a good seasoned pot or skillet that is "broken in" you will be fine cooking acidic foods like pasta sauce. put a little oil in the skillet after you wash it and heat it on the stove, then wipe out the excess oil and you will be good to go for your next use.
Ken start making videos like the good old days, talking and eating lol bring the wife who cares! But just maybe some stealth 24 hour camps at food spots!!! Need more interesting content

You're right. They could of added Onion, Capsicum, Garlic, Chilli, Pepper, Mixed Herbs, Parmesan Cheese etc into that Spaghetti. That was very bland. Making a good Spag Bog is not hard. 🤨

Get yourself a round level with a bubble in the middle. Place it inside the cupholder there on your dash and that gives you a pretty good indication if your level. I’ve done it for 11 years in my Sprinter and it works perfectly.

You can also clean cast iron with kosher salt and a sponge with a bit of water! Then afterwards put on a paper towel a tad of vegetable oil and rub in the pan

put a wooden spoon over the lip of your pot (leave your lid off), water will keep boiling but it wont boil over...just as long as your wooden spoon is on across the pot lip

Use a wooden spoon or a wooden dowell to help the the boiling water from not boiling over. This trick allowed me to be away from the the kitchen and be off doing other things around the house. Always willing to answer cooking questions when I have time. It's 11:30pm not 1am lmao

You can put your spoon over the top of an uncovered boiling pan and it keeps it from boiling over.

Nice camper van, we have a 22 foot class C and we love it...use it all the time. It is small enough to park anywhere and goes through the mountains like a dream. Nice to see your wife Carol in the video making spaghetti. Be nice when you get "moose" all finished.
