On the chips is malt vinegar, then some salt, as it will stick, to the vinegar for better flavour. You can then add some sauce of choice, to the chips (fries)
You guys are having so much fun together, it's fun for us to see. The glee from tapping the snow off the yurt and then the porch roof, dinner, and dessert. They have an “all you can eat” night one weekday night (not sure if they still do). Same great fish ‘n chips but it just keeps on coming. Can’t wait to head up to the area this summer. almost 50 bucks, it's a bargain and for what you get really not expensive. with us in the Netherlands you pay about 70 to 80 euros for 2 plates with fish and chips and drink.and it looks delicious. and I'm going to try the banana recipe too, thank you for this beautiful video.it does not matter which side of the foil . maybe a tip try bananas with chocolate that is also delicious.

My family used to do the BBQ Banana Boats all the time, but we always used Candy Bars instead of Marshmallows and Chocolate Chips. My favorite was always either Mars or Snickers.

You asked for some advice, Brit’s don’t put white vinegar on fish n chips, only plenty of salt and Malt vinegar, some have mushy peas and curry sauce. Traditional fish would be Cod or Haddock. Also a splash of Tomato sauce ( only Heinz ). Love your video’s , I’m in Auckland , NZ so usually watch your time 9-11pm

Try adding the leftover vinegar from picked onions on your fish and chips. Salt n vinegar on every thing in England (only malt vinegar). Halibut is expensive in Britain, most places give you Cod if you ask for fish and chips... unless your in Scotland and a few places in Yorkshire.

I call that press a camper pie maker. I bring a can of pie filling...apple, cherry, strawberry are good. Stew is good in them too and there is alwAys grilled cheese with cheese slice or whiz.
Fish and chips is by far my favorite dish of all time. We live in Michigan and go to Mackinaw island every year and that's the only thing I order the whole time we are there. I do have one question, how can you call that camping with all those electrical outlets? The way I was raised, that is not camping at all. There was never ever anything powered.

Most of the odd noises and grunts and screams you hear outside your yurt are the local family of Sasquatch. I realize most people think its a black bear but its not. Its the big guys and gals looking for a quick human meal. Be safe, the red eyed Sasquatch are the scariest.

Ken, that was a very expensive Fish & Chips meal, over a $100 for 2. In the UK, it would had cost just £30 in a restaurant, but it looked delicious 😋
I believe it was only $49 for the two of them. Which is still a little expensive.
