I meditate and send out love. If you meditate long enough you can fire up each chakra at will. I build up power and I send out the excess. I want to spread that love everywhere. Celibacy and quiet meditation helps keep me in good shape. When I do go out, I love to make people smile. I love to spread that vibe. 😊
@Alcheminity I also personally recommend various herbs and reiki healings. Some healers are very powerful. They can make your power easier to manage. A lot of old magic (Ancient energy or power, or whatever you want to call it)is being revived. Lion's mane, reishi, and many other various medicinal mushrooms and herbs help also. I get them all legal around here. All those various medicines have there own spiritual energies. I've felt this power overload in which you speak. Lol

desperately need to heal my throat chakra or something, i grew up selectively mute and can barely get my words out... its like my brain is going too fast and my voice it just cant keep up

Anyone can come and knock on your door, but it's up to you to unlock it open it and allow them to cross that threshold. I had to learn that nothing had power over me unless I gave it power over me. Once you realize that this exists then you learn the ways in which to protect yourself.
What about speaking and helping women with their health and body. I love working out and finding health things to share with others. But idk...I def feel this and always wanted to somewhat famous hut to help others too
I'm so fed up . I'm in Indiana I am a survivor of standing my grounds. On my healthy boundaries. People have gone above and beyond to use my barriers against me. There's no war for that, its trophies . I'm fed up 🫡
