Please explain to me Sonia, how this much vaunted knowledge that we're "all One with each other and the Universe" is such a liberating feeling ? I don't see how it's such a big deal. We still have to live our everyday lives the same as we normally HAVE to do. Knowing I'm One with everything won't stop me being fired if I don't turn up for work. Won't grow a limbless person a new leg so he can run the marathon he's ;always wanted to participate in e.t.c.

If you don’t show up for work it hurts those who do. Unless you have arrived at that point of awareness this conversation will be meaningless to you. What if you are missing someone. A relationship you had to leave because it is so much trouble. But you miss him because it was also soooo very good and warm together. Is my urge to contact him again a sign from my guides?
In 2019, I lost my dear friend in a tragic chainsaw accident. When he was on Earth, he used to say, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Two days after his transition, he came to me and said, "Well, I'm all caught up on sleep!" And I laughed out loud. Of course he would say that. Hahahahaha! Another message he gave me was that he didn't understand why his wife would lie in their bed and weep. For him, he was still there and didn't know why she was so upset. He explained that the soul doesn't know death because it doesn't die; it just transforms.
My heart is broken, my husband has been gone for 6 months, I discovered he has a girlfriend and called her to the house and packed a bag and sent him away with her. I regret that now, I’m afraid. I don’t know what I’m going to do, I miss him! In 65, we’ve been together 24 years. Our house is in the market. I’ve packed everything by myself. He ignores me. I listen to you and have hope. I had the feeling he was cheating for a long time. I need to let go and I am crying every day. Many times a day. I’m trying to get excited for the future. You help me with that, I feel very lost.

Grieving is an excellent way to put it. Not only grieving her marriage but also her expectations. They were probably retiring soon, maybe she was making plans. Grieve your expectations. I lost my Kids Dad day before yesterday and after hearing that he past, I was laying down reading on top of the bed and reading and got a slap on my left foot, I looked up to see who had walked into my house, to of course see nobody, then it dawned on me it was him, say hi from over there!! It was so real!! I didn’t see him but just knew it was him!!!😇
Years ago a man I had been lovers with died after we had separated. I was at his house at his wake, and went to the kitchen to be alone. As I stood there I felt someone behind me and a loving playful hand on me. I know it was him. It felt wonderful to have that visit, and that loving moment
My Dad would sing “You are my Sunshine” to me when he would pick me up after school. I sang it for him with my sister when he was getting ready to cross over. That song holds a lot of meaning and memories for me. 🌞🌞🌞 P.S. Love you Daddy! ❤️
I’ve experienced clairaudience in several ways. Many times I hear something in my head that feels external, but I’ve also experienced a voice I can hear that sounds like someone in the room. Neither are constant, it’s when I’m trying to solve problems and find peace. One time I was struggling with ending a relationship and the reasons to stay… I literally heard the voice of a man say “that is betrayal of self”. It was in the middle of the night while I was lying in bed, I literally sat up in bed and looked across the room from where I thought it came from. Nothing there of course.
I want to suggest something for you to do now that you released your clairaududience: Watch an EWU interrogation video. Slow it down halfway and listen for the victims voice. Yes, the deceased victim. They are very loud in these interrogation videos...I strengthened my gift this way and can hear them so much better by using it all the time. Lmk if you got it :) Much love❤
I had a similar experiences one time I can’t remember fully at all. But another time somewhere after I have many of experiences this one stuck with me. I was working at Amazon and I was just focus on packing packages in my own little world at a single pack packing station… and I heard a female voice whisper my name I stopped what I was doing, I even felt a touch after I looked around trying to see who said my name, no one was around me besides three of my co workers that were two stations down, all working. I stood there for a moment looking around and I saw no one my managers were working up front and what not. The voice I heard sounded so sweet and calming and to this day I’m still trying to figure if it was my higher self or a spirit guide or some sort of spirit… like a soul family member or a soul friend that I haven’t met yet or I know in the spirit realm. And it knew my human name.
@@guardianoftexas5188 I had my name called ONE time, back in 1990. I was in bed in the morning, and I heard "Dave" called about 2 feet away and close to the floor, level to my head. I've always been a little closer to spirit, but I'd never heard anything so clear. I also was in the gym once, on the dip bars, and a girl that I really liked walked by. As she passed me, I felt a kiss on my cheek, it was as if someone had physically kissed me. She was a nice girl, but I don't do well talking to people in dating situations. I've also had many "synchronistic" experiences, relationship scenarios which repeat themselves. I've had 5 girls I've know who had the same exact voice, so odd. Many of the girls I interacted with had red-hair. I've also had many friends who were 'only children', no siblings. I think it may have to do with my 33/6 Pisces energy, which is supposedly 3 times stronger. I'm always looking for numbers now, I see numbers everywhere that are similar, or carry obvious meaning.

I don't generally get danger, danger vibes but I did, big time. There was no one else around. I was nervous as I was getting closer to where the man sat. Suddenly I saw an older man and woman standing 15 ft behind the man, holding walking sticks, talking. I rode between them and the motorcycle and said hello to the couple with great relief. This man and woman were not there when I first turned onto the dead end. I looked at the biker and there was no one behind him. He wasn't facing them. They were behind him and he did not seem to be aware of them, at all. When I first saw them, I thought maybe I had been mistaken and these 2 people had been on the motorcycle and were now standing, taking a stretch. No, the man was still on the motorcycle, and they were standing behind him.

Your question about "did the man notice the couple?" helped me realize that I never saw the man's face. I looked at him, I know he was dressed in black with dark longer hair sitting on a low riding motorcycle but I can't remember seeing a face. This realization has evolved into an intuitive knowing that he wasn't human either.
Thank you for the suggestion to ask my angels to go on ahead and make my path safe. I think my angels do that always, automatically. I don't have to ask, but each time I go out, I will be more aware to express my gratitude to my angels. I appreciate you, Stephanie!
As I was listening to this message, which I was guided to youjust today, I was just about to start reading something on IG and out of nowhere a post flies in like a transitioing PowerPoint slide. I've never seen it do that before, but I'm also not on there much. It read "This is your sign that everything is going to work in your life..."and went on to list several areas. That was beyond cool! I loved your story about the women that attended your event. That was beautiful and I did cry. I sing that song to the actual sun when I see it. Chemtrails are thick a lot around here. Thank you for sharing your insights and information. Yesterday was not a great one and I was driving and screaming. Not AT anyone, just venting because I was alone in my car. A woman in front of me took offense and I tried not to look at her when we were side by side, but I could tell she thought it was directed at her. I feel so guilty about that. I agree! When I make a mistake in traffic or realize I got impatient with someone I try to send them an energy apology as soon as I can after. I do agree that the person will feel that or receive that on some level.

I have your oracle cards from many years ago. They are also called ask your guides and I used them just yesterday. The day after the eclipse, I was feeling so defeated, so overwhelmed, and so indignant. I didn’t know what was wrong with me. I just wanted to crawl into a dark hole and stay there. I feel a percentage of this on a daily basis but on this day it was very intense. I asked my guides for guidance through your cards. Every single time I get a direct answer. And this time is no different. I feel like I can hear my guides and they bring me so much joy and so much laughter. They remind me to lighten up all the time! Lol! Sonia, you have put to ease a LOT of my frustration, anger, and fear with this video. I experience all 4 of those initial signs that my higher self is trying to communicate. It only really started within the last 2 years and ramped up in the last 6 months. I went through a TON of self-healing, settling karma, meditating and working on myself without medications or alcohol. I was lead to learn Reiki, I started the process. I felt the Reiki energy. But I stopped, I stopped learning further, I questioned myself for so long. I would ask myself, what is my life mission and I could hear in my mind REIKI, you need to continue Reiki. But my ego, fear of uncertainty (where can I go to practice ? Do Reiki on who, a person or pets?) I still have that inner knowing that this is what I am meant to do. I have even seen it visually in my mind, the energy in my hands. Why do I doubt? Thank you
The ego is trying to block you from ascension. Instead, you block the ego and listen to your inner heart. Btw Reiki does not have to be for others, you can reiki yourself which is a great way of clearing yourself and raising your consciousness. You can also reiki your pets if you have any. So you could pay attention to guidance from your guides and start by doing reiki on yourself and the rest will come, when its the right time they will place people in front of you in a way, like Sonia says, you'll know it's your guides and not coincidences. I was just about to sign a years lease for a rental suite in the most beautuful coastal city in Canada where I had been living for 22 years and something beyond all logic compelled me to not sign it. My Guidance had me move back to my birthplace to help my mom and family and my presence here has never been more necessary . I plan to return to the coast some day

The lady's grandkids come over after school every day because their mom is still at work. And the grandmother said that I'd done something wrong-because that's what her grandchildren told her. I went into the bedroom they played video games in while waiting for their mom to pick them up and I could actually _hear_ the fight the three kids had. The pushing, the shoving, the screaming. The sounds of them doing things to the tv. And I could even hear the grandmother telling them they'd better not make her come in there. In their fight they'd damaged one of the ports on back of the tv. And ... they'd led me to it.

Our story is almost identical....it's so scary!! My nephew passed away in Jan 2015 then my husband passed July 2015 then my papa passed July 2016 then my uncle Eddie (dad) passed away April 2021. Boyfriend of 5 years and I decide in July of 2022 to move from south carolina all the way over to Oregon. We got here in Oct and Matthew passed away in Dec of 2022 a month after we got here. I had no license no money no nothing. I had a very very hard reset. I feel like I should have been here my whole life. I do miss my family and my 2 girls. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I'm supposed to be where I am right now. Why or when I'm not knowing....I just know my purpose is here.

Ah, thank you for your stories Sonia! Over the last few years I haven’t felt guided, even though there was a time I was Super connected! But your stories helped me to understand the scope of my connection from a different perspective. I also started learning how to read Oracle cards & that was really helpful! Over the last couple days it’s been very windy outside & as I go for a walk I sometimes close my eyes & feel the breeze on my face & I see a fleeting picture of palm trees swaying in the wind, even though I live in Tennessee. Interesting! But I never thought of it as a clairvoyant message because at the moment I wasn’t asking for guidance on anything. But I have been wondered where I would move to next year, because I feel it’s time to expand. What a perfect message to know that I am being guided. ❤

When i was in the hospital with Covid-19, I had an extremely high fever. Suddenly I was having this vision and God was telling me that something is going to happen and this is what you need to do. And in my head I said "Listen God, I have a fever and this is nuts. Can we talk later?" It immediately stopped. and in my fevered state I started beating myself up for not listening. I'm still kicking myself but I convinced myself that it wasn't God and it was the fever talking. Sometimes you just have to hush the negativity and just listen.

I remember as a teen, when my parents, brother and little sister were going on a trip. I prayed on their safe trip the night before and the morning I awoke crying telling them not to go. Several years ago I had several dreams. Nightmare. It is only this year and only now that I realize what they meant and wanted to show me. Please explain to me Sonia, how this much vaunted knowledge that we're "all One with each other and the Universe" is such a liberating feeling ? I don't see how it's such a big deal. We still have to live our everyday lives the same as we normally HAVE to do. Knowing I'm One with everything won't stop me being fired if I don't turn up for work. Won't grow a limbless person a new leg so he can run the marathon he's ;always wanted to participate in e.t.c.

In 2019, I lost my dear friend in a tragic chainsaw accident. When he was on Earth, he used to say, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Two days after his transition, he came to me and said, "Well, I'm all caught up on sleep!" And I laughed out loud. Of course he would say that. Hahahahaha! I lost my Kids Dad day before yesterday and after hearing that he past, I was laying down reading on top of the bed and reading and got a slap on my left foot, I looked up to see who had walked into my house, to of course see nobody, then it dawned on me it was him, say hi from over there!! I have had Clairevoyance, Clairaudiance, & Clairsentience connections all my life. I am truly blessed. I am grateful & thankful for my guides. ❤😊❤
I’ve experienced clairaudience in several ways. Many times I hear something in my head that feels external, but I’ve also experienced a voice I can hear that sounds like someone in the room. Neither are constant, it’s when I’m trying to solve problems and find peace. One time I was struggling with ending a relationship and the reasons to stay… I literally heard the voice of a man say “that is betrayal of self”. It was in the middle of the night while I was lying in bed, I literally sat up in bed and looked across the room from where I thought it came from. Nothing there of course.
The question I have is why this doesn't happen more often. Is it that guides and angels are only 'permitted' to help us at certain times?
I want to suggest something for you to do now that you released your clairaududience:
Watch an EWU interrogation video. Slow it down halfway and listen for the victims voice. Yes, the deceased victim. They are very loud in these interrogation videos...I strengthened my gift this way and can hear them so much better by using it all the time.

I had a similar experiences one time I can’t remember fully at all. But another time somewhere after I have many of experiences this one stuck with me. I was working at Amazon and I was just focus on packing packages in my own little world at a single pack packing station… and I heard a female voice whisper my name I stopped what I was doing, I even felt a touch after I looked around trying to see who said my name, no one was around me besides three of my co workers that were two stations down, all working.
I stood there for a moment looking around and I saw no one my managers were working up front and what not. The voice I heard sounded so sweet and calming and to this day I’m still trying to figure if it was my higher self or a spirit guide or some sort of spirit… like a soul family member or a soul friend that I haven’t met yet or I know in the spirit realm. And it knew my human name.

I've always been a little closer to spirit, but I'd never heard anything so clear. I also was in the gym once, on the dip bars, and a girl that I really liked walked by. As she passed me, I felt a kiss on my cheek, it was as if someone had physically kissed me. She was a nice girl, but I don't do well talking to people in dating situations. I've also had many "synchronistic" experiences, relationship scenarios which repeat themselves. I've had 5 girls I've know who had the same exact voice, so odd. Many of the girls I interacted with had red-hair. I've also had many friends who were 'only children', no siblings. I think it may have to do with my 33/6 Pisces energy, which is supposedly 3 times stronger. I'm always looking for numbers now, I see numbers everywhere that are similar, or carry obvious meaning.
Since I’ve retired and my focus and mindset has changed, the way I receive guidance is changing.

I was out riding my bike today. I turned down a dead-end culdesac at the end of a park reserve and found a man just sitting on a motorcycle.
I don't generally get danger, danger vibes but I did, big time. There was no one else around. I was nervous as I was getting closer to where the man sat.
Suddenly I saw an older man and woman standing 15 ft behind the man, holding walking sticks, talking. I rode between them and the motorcycle and said hello to the couple with great relief.
This man and woman were not there when I first turned onto the dead end. I looked at the biker and there was no one behind him. I have no doubt these were angels and those walking sticks may have been called staffs in another time. Incredible!

When I first saw them, I thought maybe I had been mistaken and these 2 people had been on the motorcycle and were now standing, taking a stretch. No, the man was still on the motorcycle, and they were standing behind him.

Your question about "did the man notice the couple?" helped me realize that I never saw the man's face. I looked at him, I know he was dressed in black with dark longer hair sitting on a low riding motorcycle but I can't remember seeing a face.
This realization has evolved into an intuitive knowing that he wasn't human either.

I have your oracle cards from many years ago. They are also called ask your guides and I used them just yesterday. The day after the eclipse, I was feeling so defeated, so overwhelmed, and so indignant. I didn’t know what was wrong with me. I just wanted to crawl into a dark hole and stay there. I was lead to learn Reiki, I started the process. I felt the Reiki energy. But I stopped, I stopped learning further, I questioned myself for so long. I would ask myself, what is my life mission and I could hear in my mind REIKI, you need to continue Reiki. But my ego, fear of uncertainty (where can I go to practice ? Do Reiki on who, a person or pets?) I still have that inner knowing that this is what I am meant to do. I have even seen it visually in my mind, the energy in my hands. Why do I doubt? Thank you
The ego is trying to block you from ascension. Instead, you block the ego and listen to your inner heart. Btw Reiki does not have to be for others, you can reiki yourself which is a great way of clearing yourself and raising your consciousness. You can also reiki your pets if you have any. So you could pay attention to guidance from your guides and start by doing reiki on yourself and the rest will come, when its the right time they will place people in front of you in a way, like Sonia says, you'll know it's your guides and not coincidences. The lady's grandkids come over after school every day because their mom is still at work. And the grandmother said that I'd done something wrong-because that's what her grandchildren told her. I went into the bedroom they played video games in while waiting for their mom to pick them up and I could actually _hear_ the fight the three kids had. The pushing, the shoving, the screaming. The sounds of them doing things to the tv. And I could even hear the grandmother telling them they'd better not make her come in there. In their fight they'd damaged one of the ports on back of the tv. And ... they'd led me to it.

Our story is almost identical....it's so scary!! My nephew passed away in Jan 2015 then my husband passed July 2015 then my papa passed July 2016 then my uncle Eddie (dad) passed away April 2021. Boyfriend of 5 years and I decide in July of 2022 to move from south carolina all the way over to Oregon. We got here in Oct and Matthew passed away in Dec of 2022 a month after we got here. I had no license no money no nothing. I had a very very hard reset. I feel like I should have been here my whole life. I do miss my family and my 2 girls. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I'm supposed to be where I am right now. Why or when I'm not knowing....I just know my purpose is here.

Namaste Sonia, As you spoke of the lady in yellow and when you said to her "how about singing Mary had a little lamb" I inwardly responded with "You are my sunshine", BEFORE you suggested it to her! When you said "You Are My Sunshine" my heart leaped and expanded and tears ran down my cheeks as my guides showed me I was already in the 5th Dimension. It happens all the time, but thank you for being the vehicle for reinforcing my abundance! What a memorable experience for me.

Over the last couple days it’s been very windy outside & as I go for a walk I sometimes close my eyes & feel the breeze on my face & I see a fleeting picture of palm trees swaying in the wind, even though I live in Tennessee. Interesting! But I never thought of it as a clairvoyant message because at the moment I wasn’t asking for guidance on anything. When i was in the hospital with Covid-19, I had an extremely high fever. Suddenly I was having this vision and God was telling me that something is going to happen and this is what you need to do. And in my head I said "Listen God, I have a fever and this is nuts. Can we talk later?" It immediately stopped. and in my fevered state I started beating myself up for not listening. I'm still kicking myself but I convinced myself that it wasn't God and it was the fever talking. Sometimes you just have to hush the negativity and just listen.

I remember as a teen, when my parents, brother and little sister were going on a trip. I prayed on their safe trip the night before and the morning I awoke crying telling them not to go. I had a bad feeling and begged them not to go. They went anyway. We later heard that night that they had been in an accident, their car rolled over a hill. They were all ok, just cuts and bruises but since then, I always listen to those messages ❤

Several years ago I had several dreams. Nightmare. It is only this year and only now that I realize what they meant and wanted to show me. They didn't show me that in the true sense, but something I had to interpret. Now I regret not taking it seriously. It led to great sorrow for me and those around me. I must now clean up everything around me, with sorrow in my broken heart and soul. My life is not the same anymore. Nothing matters to me after the loss.
