Huge thanks! Grinding exotics just got way easier. I've been playing Spelunking like maniac. Half of the time is spent on bunny hopping. This is sooo much faster and easier method.
those exotic extraction nodes also spawn in the EXPLORATION missions, I usually 2-4 per mission I usually tech up to T4 for a biofuel generator to power 2 electric extractors tame a moa to carry other drill, and carry materials for small shelter. As usually one spawn in arctic or desert. You could save a little time by bringing a biofuel can with you from workshop to save some iron bars, tho not sure 1 can can last 4 nodes. Might need to build a fuel composter to refuell, can easily be done while waiting on drills to mine node 3, then make a shack at node 4 if there is one so you can refill you can before you leave as the biofuel cans can come back with you unlike workshop extractor powercells, they can be used as well for all four node might need to bring 2 extra powercells though if going workshop extractor route.
I do this on ARGOS: Exploration. you have a 3/10 chance for the node to be right next to the landing site. And because its a exploration mission you get 200-400 exotics per node. if its not there go back to space and come back. Its only costs you 100 cash per drop for
How do you instantly collect wood from trees? When I chop a tree down it breaks into smaller pieces at which point may or may not fall through the floor.
@@zaninja4995 also a talent later on with 1% chance to instantly a tree(one for mining as well), same buff is also a part of the CX-400 armor set from workshop
is there a craftable in game item that lets you drill these out or only the workshop drill as I tried a normal drill in game but it won't let me snap it to attack to the deposit.
@@branbran4027 Yeah I found it after I posted this am in the process of getting materials now to make it thankfully it's cheap to make so got some of the materials back from the deep drills.
Just had a look now and the two spots are still in the same locations. did you check both as it is one or the other, if its not at the first one by the big cave then its at the second location.
i check out 2-3 caves sometimes i find and extra exotic deposit. this is def the fastest method atm sometimes takes me 40 mins because i get the southern spot
i have questions i thought even if you putted the extractor back in dropship it was a one time only Icarus dev told me that a while ago and i thought the exotic deposit was randomized now
Good question, haven't run the mission in a while, so I did a run and it's still working. drill came back with me. nodes were in the same spots cave still the same. seems fine.
@@dronesjustgamin yeah i know why after the randomization of exotic deposit the same spot still work because el camino only has 2 potential exotic deposits spots and only 1 of the two spots appear while the rest of the other map have 69 different possible spots to spawn at so the radar become necessary
you can do this after deep vein extraction (no payday required) on any mission yes. however i find this mission here interesting as the locations seem to be neat.
Thanks for the video. Use shift-ctrl-left click to transfer all items of the same type.
To get easy exotics, you just need a lot of exotics to unlock workshop stuff. No problem!
Need money to make money. You always need exotics after you get some then use it all.

You are prob using the deep-mining drill and you need to craft the biofuel extractor

If u place the beacon outisde of the building where the frojt of it is facing is the direction the ship will drop in at
Not in the some spot as of now 5/7/24 I look all over I used the some spot 3 time now its gone

@@dronesjustgamin I Figured it out, just random. Thank you though
Ive a noob question, how did you move the ore over with a click and didnt have to drag them?
cntrl+click or shift+click. second guessing myself but it is def one of those two
@cassduering4773 yep it was cntrl and click, thank you for the help 🙏
Just love it. Fast, simple, easy.
Thanks very much, great video. Very helpful! Why weren’t there any cave worms in the cave you entered?
Thats called an unfinished cave and worms don't spawn in it.

Can you not just do this on any mission after you complete payday? Or is this mission specific to something?

I Chose this mission because the Exotic nodes are close to the landing zone, that all.
does this still work?
Yes, as of the 2nd Feb 2023 it still works. just finished a run.
Thanks for the video :)
Then im back second time in same place there is no exotic anymore.. :(
There is two locations that change so if its not at the first location goto the next.
Nice. Ty for the video.
Laggy AF!
