Another great video, epic scenery. And well done for hauling books, apples and beer up and down those Munro’s 😂 I'm strictly a lightweight hiker these days as my knees and hips start to crumble - last back packing trip we did in the Lakes we were carrying less than 20kg between two of us and the dog including 2 days food and water, makes such a difference. I still have memories of carrying over twice that weight 'tramping' in New Zealand and we were hut camping so didn’t even have tent! However we did have a mokka pot and a kilo of coffee….
hahaha honestly I did regret bringing the book seeing as I was too tired to even read it in the evenings from carrying it up there 😅😂 I definitely overpack out of fear of being cold but hopefully that will get better with more experience 😅 somethings are just essentials though! (Good coffee for sure) So glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching ❤️

Yes! We are hopefully making a video soon about the move but we moved up earlier this year to be based closer to the mountains😊 We still have loads of overland trips into Europe planned but this way when we're not travelling and working 9-5, we still get to enjoy camping and the outdoors on the weekends as much as possible!
