Super easy crusty homemade bread that will blow your mind! The easiest yeast bread that is just like from a local bakery artisan style. Crispy crust, with big holes like sourdough inside. Recipe is versatile so don’t be afraid to tweak!
Ingredients:
3 Cups of flour ( bread or all purpose)
2 teaspoons of yeast ( instant or rapid rise - the rise of dough will differ)
2 teaspoons salt (kosher or sea salt- not table salt)
1.5 Cups very warm water ( not boiling or super hot)
Extra flout for dusting

Instructions:
In a big bowl mix together flour, yeast, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients in. Add in water, then use the handle of a wooden spoon to mx until all the flour is incorporated. Dough will be wet and sloppy and not kneadable, but not like cake batter. Add in more of flout or water to adjust consistency. Cover with cling wrap or plate, leave for 2-3 hours to rise. To speed the process place the bowl in warm place. Pre-heat oven at 450F with dutch oven inside 30 minutes before you will start to shape the dough. Sprinkle work surface with flour and scrape dough out of the bowl. Using a dough scraper or anything of similar shape ( large knife, spatula, etc.). Fold inwards to roughly shape roundish shape. Don’t worry if it wont stay in position, you’re about to deform it anyway. Transfer the dough to a parchment paper. Remove the HOT dutch oven and place the parchment paper inside, cover the lid and let bake for 30 minutes. After that uncover and back another 12 minutes or until deep golden and crispy. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before slicing and devouring with some butter on top.
