Yep these two channels belong to the same person.
SuicideSheeep (with 3 "e" :p) is a channel made for broadcasting free songs (as said before) whereas MrSuicideSheep is Sheepy's main channel where you can find his favorite songs. Moreover this channel as a partnership with the EDM district.
Sheepy also has a third channel known as OneChilledPanda where you can find chill songs (obviously...)
