Mr.Pete may I make a small suggestion. Dont use the back of the bucket to knock down the piles. Instead, tilt the bucket down and use the backside of the cutting edge to do so. Over time, anything will wear away at the metal. Cutting edges are easily replaced, buckets not so much. I've been in heavy construction for about 25 years now, so I speak from experience.
Yes sir respect for you friend. The one and only reason I do it this way and not use the cutting edge is the field may have imperfections in the grade and the 90 degree angles on the outer edges of the cutting edge might tear the turf. The underside of the bucket tends to glide over those areas. That’s really the only reason I do it that way.
Pete. What is that leveling attachment on the 3 point. I want one for my tractor now

It’s funny you mention leveling. I was just thinking how I need to do that in some areas of my front. I have some tree roots wanting to grow above ground on fescue. My fescue is toast this year anyway with literal flooding rains, and now 103 degree days, AND my neighbor’s Bermuda/winds 60 mph blowing seeds from God knows where. I need to start over, but it’s not an option right now. I don’t really have access to good dirt, but I bought some packages of top soil that I bought from a greenhouse in the past and it seemed to do ‘ok’ in those areas. Is top soil ok to use? It almost seemed too soft (if that makes sense and you know what I mean).
