My left foot heel lifts up when I’m deep into the squat, why?
Ankle mobility
Yea ankles definitely involved. Forward lean. Focus on overall mobility and form. Try stretching out soleous (stretching ankle while knees is bent relaxes gastrocnemius and allows deeper stretch) first before and see if that at least helps…
