eh while your framing is one possible archetype of a "Hero" it leaves out what i personally view as true heroes. the ones with nothing special, they arent superior, they arent stronger or smarter than everyone else, yet still they stand in defense of others even if it might mean death. Those are heroes, the ones that stand up to a superior opponent for what they believe in. The people you described can be heroes for sure, but when youre the best, nothing is a challenge, nothing poses a risk that they have to weigh against doing the right thing. Just a minor disagreement on what defines a hero, otherwise the video was easy to follow and well put together.
I think this is a nice nuanced point to make and kinda what I was hinting at in the ending. That heroisms aren't just done on a large scale but small individual efforts that presents big changes from the collective.

As a french person you are mostly right about the prononciation but the "te" in atelier is pronounced "tuh"
