He also has a very powerful deep voice so it was a great choice for Diana to be given to sing in this competition. Diana has since said it's her favourite song to sing because the low key is very comfortable for her natural dramatic contralto voice. I don't know any other female singer who could do this key for the entire performance with ease! Diana took the original and just added her special vocals and a truly memorable performance resulted! Watch this again and notice Diana getting into character or into the song before singing, Diana leaves the room and something else takes over for the performance, then there's that GROWL of her inner Siberian Tigress - WOAH! She then shows her Shamanic personality casting a spell over the fire (and the judges!!) before ending with that powerful dark eyed stare into the camera.
