    I like how every feature you present you put a story behind it. So much value!!!

      Harvey Marrero Harvey thank you for your observation. This helps the customer take a visual mental journey with me to see the benefit. Unless they confirm and agree in the value of the feature it means very little

      Kendrick King Thank you for subscribing Kendrick. Remember brother that everybody was once new but 90% of new sales people in ANY sales position NEVER read a Sales book, do serious studying on the art, but complain about the money. Money is earned and it's up to us to give the guests the best possible experience. Not just talking about the vehicle but ABOUT THEM. Remember that good sales people practice what to say, GREAT Sales Professionals practice what to ask. You can download 25 Sales Closes @ spoar.us/25ClosesFree.html. Stay in touch

    I just started working at KIA, I plan on going thru this video all day until I get it right! I've been trying to record my trainer doing a walk around but my team mates keep interrupting it to ask questions, so this is PERFECT! Thank you Brian! :-)

    It was a great walk around but I rather start at the hood and go clock wise so the customer ends up in the driver seat and get ready for the test drive

    • @1richtrump
      @1richtrump 6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      24 years of auto industry, traveled the country training... To the contrary, it is actually better to end at the passenger door, having the customer sit there. You then as a salesperson sit in the driver seat to continue your walkaround presentation sharing interior features. Follow this with "now you get to experience everything I have shown you! We will go for a short drive." Don;t ask, just assume. You drive first to a location which is comfortable for the customer to start driving. Most dealerships are located on a busy street. You want to be on a side street where they can become comfortable with the car first, rather than immediately navigating traffic. Makes for a more positive demo experience. Go get 'em!

    To much detail too soon in the exterior walk.... 5mins into that I would do had the customer in the car and starting my interior demo while driving .... it doesnt matter how much you talk they have to feel the drive.

    • @Brian.Maxwell
      @Brian.Maxwell  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My brother that's why sooo many drop price. This was an example of a walk around rather than just putting the guests in. Manufacturers and GM's wish their staff took their time on presentation because this is where money is made and lost

    • @corybiz1467
      @corybiz1467 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Brian.Maxwell very true. But the details are to broad too soon. The true art of the a masterful demo is the Control. Control is the foundation of the selling process. And most miss this. A Gm sure would like a guy on 100% commission to spending 30mins standing in front of vehicle and talking. The control needed in this first step needs to be established because that same control transitions to the desk. A walkaound needs to transition into the demonstration of the vehicle smoothly and with control. Leading the customer (AROUND THE VEHICLE) and building value with relatable examples of how the vehicle fits their needs. Then get their ass into the car..
      That's just part one of the demo.
      I like your efforts but much like the rest where you are selling to GMs and Manufacturers... I commented here because this is where they all are failing ... right here. Too much talking and no control. CONTROL IS THE FOUNTAIN OF THE SELLING PROCESS- me
