Nice build. How has your experience been using Titebond I glue on cutting boards? Any separation over time ?

Titebond Original has worked pretty well for the joints in my cutting boards, but I would honestly like to use Gorilla Wood Glue or Titebond 3 from now on. I just used Original because I had a surplus of it.
