Quick question: I treated my hive yesterday with hop-guard2 strips. I applied 2 per 8 frame brood and my hive is a 3 story deep hive. I think I've got at least 50,000 bees but after treating yesterday i see about a thousand or so bees dead on the ground. Is that normal???

@@kateflanagan4454 yes! I talked to the owner/inventor directly on the phone! Super kind woman, she explained that because we treated at 6pm at night that it was too close to night time and that is why they had that reaction. It’s best to treat in morning or mid day around noon so they have time to dry off and adjust before dark.

@@kateflanagan4454 also, I’ve used it every single year since, using her guidance of treating mid day and have never had an issue since! Love the product and I swear by it.
