Your channel is so underrated. I was born in 2002, so I was too young to have had the pleasure of watching Schmeichel’s years at United. Van Der Sar has always been my favourite goalkeeper of all time, tho. So surprisingly legendary, considering his age when he joined. Great video, and great goalkeeper.

If Van der sar joined United after Schmeichel left I think he would’ve been the greatest goalkeeper of United’s history but he is still showed his class despite being 35 when joining Man Utd

As a kid, I never understood how or why he disappeared after juventus...was surprised to see him on fulham, and then glad he was on a big team again. I always thought, why don't teams want the best goalie in the world?
That shutout streak if I remember correctly Van Der Sar started the streak, then got hurt.Tomasz Kuszczak took over and kept it going.😮seeing the current state of the team makes me sad.😢the player quality is getting better, however the front office needs to be cleaned out!

Barthez certainly wasn't mediocre (a UCL and World Cup winning keeper no less!), just the wrong fit for United, much in the same way VDS was for Juve
He was just replaced by a better goalkeeper at Juventus lol, nothing to be sad about.
True, Buffon was the best GK from 2000 to 2006.
