Lefty is easiest because he can't teleport, and afton or scrap baby is probably the hardest because they teleport to the same side, so you can't get as much info by voice lines.
I can see why some people would believe Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare are the hardest but I agree that Nightmare Foxy is. When dealing with the bears they are the only threat and can only appear in your closet/on your bed when they laugh. With Nightmare Foxy you have to deal with the other nightmares as well as him.

Nightmare Foxy aint that bad tbh, yeah he's got some RNG and it adds an extra element to the night, but compare that to Nightmare's RNG, where you have to play perfectly in order to actually beat him, plus him entering the room can also mess ya up, along with the fake laughs. Also i'd say a more difficult animatronic other than Nightmare Foxy is probably Nightmare Mangle, since she adds a whole lot of noise so its harder to hear some other noises going on in the night, it adds something different so it can be counted.

Common misconception about FNAF 1 Foxy. You do NOT have to look at his camera to stall him. You can look anywhere in the cameras and it'll have the same effect. Phone guy actually NEVER once said to look at foxy's camera to stall him. He said "it gets active when the cameras remain off for a period of time". When he said "check on him from time to time" he means to check if he's getting out of the curtains. Not to literally check on him at all times like we thought for years.

The most difficult animatronic in the whole franchise gotta be springtrap, he has the smartest ai and you are basicly playing chess with him, especially if you are doing nightmare agressive ( 4 star)
For UCN although i do agree that toy freddy is absurdly difficult, he's hardly a threat when going for high scores. 50/20 and other high score gamemodes usually revolve around using cameras so fast that the monitor is barely flipped up at all, and because of that most animatronics that enter your office through doors (T Freddy included) can't jumpscare you no matter what. The one animatronic that goes against this strategy and requires a complete shift in approach to something far far harder is Funtime Foxy. He's so bad that most runners just death coin him asap at the beginning to continue the previously mentioned strat.
Heres my list Easiest/Hardest Fnaf 1- Foxy/Freddy (Just keep your cameras up most times and he wont even attack) Fnaf 2- Shadow Freddy/Foxy (Puppet doesnt really count for me here) Fnaf 3- Phantom Mangle/Springtrap (Obviously) Fnaf 4- Nightmare Bonnie and Chica/Nightmare (Nightmare is just to fast, foxy is really good but nightmare is better.) Sister location - Bidybabs/Ennard Sister location CUSTOM night - Yenndo/Ballora Fnaf 6- Lefty/Scraptrap (Idk if its just me but he seems more aggressive then everyone else) UCN-Balloon Boy and JJ/Toy Freddy (Balloon boy and JJ are actually helps at a certain point for money grinding) SB-DJMM/Glamrock Chica SPECIFICALLY in the Fazcade. Ruin-Havent played, seems boring but ig mini music men/The mimic ITP-Chica/Pit Springbonnie
5:00 I would say that toy freddy is only hard in 50/20 at the start of the night (or if you’re doing NDC) I think the actual hardest ucn character to deal with is foxy, purely based on how he’s always hard if he is on and you’re cam stalling.
I know that this game doesn't really count since it wasn't in the video itself and the game isn't playable anymore minus fan servers, but here's my opinion on the most and least difficult animatronics in FNAF AR for those curious (this will NOT take mods that friend sent animatronics can have, as that's its own can of worms that I don't wanna touch on): Hardest: Springtrap (obviously), Golden Freddy (with bad RNG), and Funtime Freddy (BonBon can have very wonky hitboxes) Easiest: Endo (easiest by mechanics), Chica (she usually charges the fastest, making fights faster than endo), and Toy Freddy (just hold the mask the entire fight and you won't die unless you miss the final shock)
IMO nightmare Chica is the hardest in fnaf 4 (mostly because of a bug exclusive to PS, which I play on) but also because she’s super hard to hear sometimes with the breathing. Nightmare and foxy are completely free, cool video though

As others have mentioned Shadow Freddy can’t kill you (only Shadow Bonnie can). Not to mention even that they never appear in normal gameplay like ever the Easter egg characters shouldn’t count to begin with. Lefty is really the only candidate for FFPS since they can’t teleport (even if granted it’s not a massive difference for this game specifically).
For me it would be FNAF 1: Most: Foxy. Same reason Least: Golden Freddy. Same reason. but if talking non easter egg characters I'd say Freddy, as just don't change off cam 4b unless you close the door, which you normally would for Chica. FNAF 2: Most: Toy Bonnie. The bastard is very RNG based, and is where a lot of the difficulty for 10/20 mode comes from. Least: If talking non easter egg characters like shadow Freddy, then probably the office animatronics (Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Toy Freddy), as if you get your timings right, they're super easy to deal with. FNAF 3: Most: Springtrap. It's almost like he's the only one who can kill you. Most (Phantom): Foxy. as he requires quick reaction time, and sometimes he doesn't leave when you go back to the cams. Least: Phantom Mangle. Same reason FNAF 4: Most: Tied with Nightmare and Nightmare Foxy. As Nightmare is a noticeably faster and less forgiving Fredbear, and sometimes in 4/20 even the slightest mistake can kill you. and for Foxy, same reason as you. Least: Nightmare Freddy. same reason, unless talking about mad Freddy, as I'd put him above Foxy and Nightmare, but base game it's easily Freddy. FNAF SL: Most and least are same for the same reasons (Ennard boss and night 2 Bidybab). FNAF PS: Most (salvage): Lefty. He is less forgiving than the others Least (salvage): Molten Freddy. He's the 1st, so in turn the easiest. Most (Office): Scrap Baby, Afton, and Molten Freddy. Teleportation makes them a bit harder to track than Lefty. Least (Office): Lefty. He doesn't have voice lines, but I still find him easier. UCN: Most: Funtime Foxy. He literally kills you the frame it hits showtime, even at 6am. And he's the main character people death-coin. Least: Happy Frog. Same reason FNAF SB: Most: Monty. He's faster than both Roxy and Chica, and is immune to stuns. In the late game if you've destroyed Chica first, he is definitely a decent threat, and doesn't fall off as hard (unless he's destroyed first). Least: Roxy. Chica atleast is a big threat in the early-mid game, but Roxy is not only the last to become an active threat (banned from daycare), she is the easiest to escape, as she's slow like Chica, but can get stuck easily and lose sight of you, plus she becomes even weaker once you shatter her. RUIN: Most and least are once again the same for the same reasons (music men and eclipse). I haven't played into the pit
My opinion (no easter egg characters): EASIEST/HARDEST FNAF 1- Freddy/Foxy FNAF 2- Golden Freddy (maybe mangle)/ Foxy (maybe Toy Bonnie). Just a correction about fnaf 1 foxy: you don't need to look at pirats cove to stall him, just be in the cames and he will be stalled. He's still the hardest because how much time he's stalled is rng based

tbh, In UCN the hardest for me is either Toy Freddy or Funtime Foxy, I just go Funtime Foxy because I get insanely lucky with Toy Freddy and I can sit for like 5s on the cams before dying to him, giving me a chance to well. Reset the ventilation and just deal with other threats. A worst luck Toy Freddy is insanely difficult.
Chica is not hard, she has the worst hearing, slowest, and the worst eyesight. It’s probably Roxy cuz she’s fast, can’t jump, can’t hear a fly breath and can’t see you anywhere 🙂↕️

If You Look At The Clickteam Games And The Max Mode Community, You Should Be More Aware Of Who Would Be The Most Difficult. And In FNAF 1, The Easiest Is Actually Freddy, As You Just Leave Your Camera On 4B, And Just Flip The Cameras Over Time, You Stall Not Only Freddy But Foxy Aswell. I hate Phantom Mangle in FNAF 3. I can never avoid him when I'm on his camera. Plus, his audio is so annoying. Also, Pigpatch is easier than Happy Frog besides speed. As for Security Breach, Monty is harder because he's immune to the stun items and is the second fastest character in the game, first being Chaser Vanny. Chica can teleport, but just walk until you hear her running to save sprint.
i'd argue funtime chica is easiest in UCN, with visual effects off she literally does nothing, happy frog at least requires an input Valid take on toy freddy tho

For me it would be
FNAF 1:
Most: Foxy. Same reason
Least: Golden Freddy. Same reason. but if talking non easter egg characters I'd say Freddy, as just don't change off cam 4b unless you close the door, which you normally would for Chica.
FNAF 2:
Most: Toy Bonnie. The bastard is very RNG based, and is where a lot of the difficulty for 10/20 mode comes from.
Least: If talking non easter egg characters like shadow Freddy, then probably the office animatronics (Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Toy Freddy), as if you get your timings right, they're super easy to deal with.
FNAF 3:
Most: Springtrap. It's almost like he's the only one who can kill you.
Most (Phantom): Foxy. as he requires quick reaction time, and sometimes he doesn't leave when you go back to the cams.
Least: Phantom Mangle. Same reason
FNAF 4:
Most: Tied with Nightmare and Nightmare Foxy. As Nightmare is a noticeably faster and less forgiving Fredbear, and sometimes in 4/20 even the slightest mistake can kill you. and for Foxy, same reason as you.
Least: Nightmare Freddy. same reason, unless talking about mad Freddy, as I'd put him above Foxy and Nightmare, but base game it's easily Freddy.
FNAF SL:
Most and least are same for the same reasons (Ennard boss and night 2 Bidybab).
FNAF PS:
Most (salvage): Lefty. He is less forgiving than the others
Least (salvage): Molten Freddy. He's the 1st, so in turn the easiest.
Most (Office): Scrap Baby, Afton, and Molten Freddy. Teleportation makes them a bit harder to track than Lefty.
Least (Office): Lefty. He doesn't have voice lines, but I still find him easier.
UCN:
Most: Funtime Foxy. He literally kills you the frame it hits showtime, even at 6am. And he's the main character people death-coin.
Least: Happy Frog. Same reason
FNAF SB:
Most: Monty. He's faster than both Roxy and Chica, and is immune to stuns. In the late game if you've destroyed Chica first, he is definitely a decent threat, and doesn't fall off as hard (unless he's destroyed first).
Least: Roxy. Chica atleast is a big threat in the early-mid game, but Roxy is not only the last to become an active threat (banned from daycare), she is the easiest to escape, as she's slow like Chica, but can get stuck easily and lose sight of you, plus she becomes even weaker once you shatter her.
RUIN:
Most and least are once again the same for the same reasons (music men and eclipse).
I haven't played into the pit

EASIEST/HARDEST
FNAF 1- Freddy/Foxy
FNAF 2- Golden Freddy (maybe mangle)/ Foxy (maybe Toy Bonnie). I dont think the puppet counts
FNAF 3- Phantom Mangle, Springtrap
FNAF 4- Plushtrap (Nightmare Freddy if he doesnt count)/Nightmare Foxy (maybe Nightmare)
SL- Bidybab/Minireenas
SL custom night- Lolbit, Funtime Freddy
FNAF 6- Everyone has the same mechanic, but id say lefty is easier than the rest cuz he cant teleport
UCN- Happy Frog/Toy Freddy
SB- Mini music men (if you dont count them, chica)/ Monty
RUIN- Eclipse/Mini music men
ITP- Bonnie/Springbonnie

Just a correction about fnaf 1 foxy: you don't need to look at pirats cove to stall him, just be in the cames and he will be stalled. He's still the hardest because how much time he's stalled is rng based

tbh, In UCN the hardest for me is either Toy Freddy or Funtime Foxy, I just go Funtime Foxy because I get insanely lucky with Toy Freddy and I can sit for like 5s on the cams before dying to him, giving me a chance to well. Reset the ventilation and just deal with other threats. A worst luck Toy Freddy is insanely difficult.

And In FNAF 1, The Easiest Is Actually Freddy, As You Just Leave Your Camera On 4B, And Just Flip The Cameras Over Time, You Stall Not Only Freddy But Foxy Aswell. And You Check The Lights For The Other 2. And Golden Freddy Doesn't Count, And Shadow Freddy.

I hate Phantom Mangle in FNAF 3. I can never avoid him when I'm on his camera. Plus, his audio is so annoying. Also, Pigpatch is easier than Happy Frog besides speed. As for Security Breach, Monty is harder because he's immune to the stun items and is the second fastest character in the game, first being Chaser Vanny. Chica can teleport, but just walk until you hear her running to save sprint.
