The fact that it surely looks even better on an amoled is irrelevant

How does 120 fps matter in a video .
All Movies and TV shows are made in 24fps format and look great .
Tearing is only in video games when did you see a movie or TV show tear? .
@Crashed131963 more FPS simply looks smoother. Eventually, the point of diminishing returns does hit hard enough that going higher doesn't make much sense. For videogames, that point is ~400FPS/Hz, for videos it's a bit lower, but still above 60
Viewing this thru 65 inch 4K LG. Thru hdmi on laptop running linux kde plasma desktop with HDR enabled on desktop! Colors are amazing but wonder if they would look as good with color other then the black background !! (EDIT) Had to watch it again I was only watching in HD. Set it to 4K and WOW !!

Hey can you please tell whether you are getting pitch black in those scenes with black background...for example in 1:41 with the pomegranate or the pink flower...are those backgrounds completely black or are they faded grey?
Since it's a phone designed in commie-fornia is probably gray, just get a normal phone instead of following every other moron.
A $400 AMOLED screen Android will display perfect blacks.

My phone is Snapdragon 8 45 it has 4K60fps recording but Whenever I select 2160p it stopped background app- Internet Speed meter ( 845 from 2018 )
So now trying same video with my new phone Snapdragon+ 8 gen 1 ( 8K 30 fps recording,200mp camera )
hope it'll not stop background activity or speed meter , my both phone is very powerful according to the time Both are flagship but Snapdragon 8 45 is now acting like mediatek low budget device,,

These are HD RAW cameras with image stabilizers. The minimum cost without option is about $ 250 000. These cams can go well beyond $ 1000 000 like those for NAT Geo HD without 4k. With 4k add $250 000 more

@@infernalreapers You can film an almost identical experience for way less than that and film in 8k raw footage. Red, has some cameras that when new and with all the doodads will run up in six figures, BUT there's a healthy second hand market that goes for way less. There's also nice quality 4k-6k cameras that can produce a similar experience for even less money. Blackmagic is famous for their low priced 6k cameras and provide free software. Also, you can get similar imagery on a 4k camera of good quality...it's less about the cameras really and more about the filming environment. If you ever look at TV demos, you'll notice bright vibrant colors that pop and also have an inordinate amount of lighting which really makes the image that much better. Do a test, take a pic or video outside of something using your smartphone when it's a bright sunny day, then go back at dusk with a candle and film the same thing...night and day difference, giggity.
@@PatrickDKing Yes you're absolutely right. Although Dolby Vision is a beast and recording in RAW it's hard I'm buying an FX3 soon. Will be my first cinema camera with Cine EI format which can get awesome results. 😊

Fantastic quality looks great on the TV but this unfortunately exposes how poor the 4k HDR content is on most streaming services. Makes me realise Netflix and the BBC etc have a long way to go.

Lol... LOTS of phone comments. I'm not sure why you would even want to watch this on any phone. The real treat is watching this on a high end OLED or mini-LED tv.

@@Fifasher2K Yes I know. I've had OLED phone screens for years now. I'm just saying that with such a small screen the upgrade in quality screen technology isn't all that great. For sure it's better than the cheaper screens but these videos REALLY pop and are are super impressive on 55+ inch TV screens. I literally have a playlist of these videos that I can play on my TV and just sit there and watch them in awe. You don't really get that on tiny phone screens IMO.
If you play this video on a computer screen, doesn't it have to have the capability of showing 4k video in order to see the full resolution?
Thats strange, al the videos are upload in 4K. Maybe you need to click on a higher resolution on TH-cam.
@@DolbyVisionDemo. I understand they are uploaded in 4K. But you are limited to what your screen can display. This happened when Cable and Satellite TV went to full HD feeds, but if you didn't have an HD TV, you couldn't watch the full HD version.
TH-cam does have the option to select 4K, but if I'm watching on my laptop, I don't see the full resolution.
