I use my *preluxs* as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interior.

Hello Isabelle, thanks for another great vlog. You can take your Loewe basket bag on hols as a carry on if you put it in a bigger Longchamp Pliage bag which zips, proving the security you need. To protect the outside of the basket bag, you put your cashmere wrap for the plane, plus neck pillow, slippers, silk pjs in the longchamp which is also washable. The longchamp folds away to nothing once you arrive at your destination. That’s what works for me anyway and the pliage doubles as a beach bag as it has a plastic interior.
That is a great idea! I do have a couple of large Longchamp totes so I will try that next time I head to a summer vacation😍

I still love my LV reverse monogram *xbagy* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

I have a tip for the Chypre sandals. You can hold bother ends and bend back and forth. That will make the shoes bend more easily and comfortable to walk. 🤗

About your Birkin, that is exactly my thoughts. As I started my Hermes 'journey' last year many people kept telling me, once you get an Hermes bag you wont want to but any others, & I always said 'dount it' LOL I love having a variety of handbag styles in my collection & there are many Hermes bags that also dont call my attention at all. After finally getting my B25, I am obsessed & love her to pieces, but I am still intrigued & still find that I love other handbags both from high end & contemporary brands 🤷🏻♀️

The manolos look so pretty but personally I’ve never had a good experience with Manolo shoes as the shoes are too narrow for my wide feet!!

100%! I tried on the regular leather one and really wanted to like it, but it was just so uncomfortable, then the next day I came in to try on the suede ones and it was a 180. I bought them right away.

Hi Isabelle, my suggestion for your Manolo shoes is to maybe put inner soles so your feet feel tighter and able to grip the shoe better. BTW, you look great!
I have the same shoes and no, I wouldn’t wear them running around with a baby. The first time I had quite a few blisters but now I got used to them and for an event I can manage. You need to walk a bit differently so they don’t slip of your feet.
I have a Chanel ballet flat but i don’t find it very comfortable, wearable though. This flat n another espadrilles have their in sole off after a while so not sure if quality or my feet. You spoke on the Loewe basket bag and I feel the same as I have one from Celine. Celine does have a bigger one which seems to be softer and easier to carry but I do find the bigger one a little too big.

I think one birkin is more than enough. Unless you have that lifestyle where one feels the need to prance around with a prized possession on your wrist then fine ..more. But if one has a practical and realistic lifestyle birkin is cumbersome, not being able to carry it with a strap is a no for me….its just too annoying to have someone around to help me hold it just so my hands is free to do something else.
I feel the same way. It’s a beautiful bag but if I can’t have a hands free moment, I just could never. But if everyone likes it, I love it for them.
It’s really hard for me to justify getting the same bag more than once even if it’s in different colors. Instead I would get a bag in different sizes if it’s an option. I have 3 birkins one in 35, one in 30, & one in 25. I’m really happy with them because they serve different purposes and goes with different outfits. I’ve also done that with the Hermes Kelly, Constance, Chanel classic flap, lady Dior, & Dior book tote. I only allow myself to get them in different sizes

TFS Isabelle. Good insights. As for the manholes I would try putting some insoles I. The front portion of the shoes which will make them tighter. And just wear them to go out to brunch or dinner or something etching that does not require much walking. And hubby is there to push the stroller haha. I know so many people say that people’s feet get bigger after pregnancy but there is really no scientific reason for this that I’ve ever heard. I think it may be that so many people don’t actually go back to their pre pregnancy weight and that is the biggest reason for the bigger sizes. I have older teens so it’s been a long time since i was pregnant, and weigh a bit less than when I got pregnant with each of them. I still wear the same size as I always did since before i got pregnant. I have a pair of taupe sneakers from the Italian brand p448 that I fell in love with and bought over a year ago. Still haven’t worn them. Because I wear my white ones so much more. I’m going to try to wear them a bit this summer.
