Are you gonna put half round on the front of your vertical and horizontal stabs? How much where your plans? What engine are you using? whats the max weight without fuel?
I'm not using half round.... I've routered and sanded to put a nice rounded leading and trailing edge, hard to see on video. The plans were $4-500??? They have gone up in price. I was thinking of the aeromomentum engine. Useful load is said to be 550 lbs.... so depending on the fuel set up a couple people with very little baggage.

The ply I used if I remember correctly was 1.5mm so just under a 1/16". Glade my videos are helping.
