  • Today I prepared strawberry tart.
    Lots of Strawberries! Good thing for home made tart :)
    You can change it with your favorite fruit! Try to use fresh fruits since frozen fruits are watery.
    I edited the tart sheet part because it was filmed awkwardly. You just need to press it along the shape.
    I used tall #2 mold
    you can also use regular #2 mold
    Maybe you can make two with #1 mold
    (You can also use #3 mold but you'll need to make double custard)
    ▶ ingredient
    _tarte
    60g butter
    1 egg yolk
    30g powdered sugar
    120g cake flour
    _almond cream
    60g butter
    1 egg
    2ml vanilla extract
    50g sugar
    60g almond powder
    ▷ bake at 356℉ for 25~30min.
    _custard cream
    1 egg yolk
    10g sugar
    7g cornstarch
    110ml milk
    2ml vanilla extract
    _decoration
    20~25 strawberry
    powdered sugar

I just have one little question here, how big is a #2 mold? because apparently the size of tart (and other cake tins) are different in UK and other countries.       박력분이 베이킹 용 밀가루에요 중력분은 안쓰시는게 나아요. 타르트지 바로위에 올린 건 아몬드 크림입니다 도움이 되셨음해요^^ 많이 늦은 감이 있지만 ㅎ

      커스타드 크림은 노른자로 만드는 거라 식히고 사용하지 않으면 세균 번식이 쉽대요ㅜ 그래서 아마 식히고 넣는 걸거예요

      노른자는 노른자장과 쿠키?같은 것을 만들고 흰자는 마카롱이나 머랭쿠키를 주로 만들어요!
