She deserves a spot in the HOF, but won’t get her moment because of Chris. It’s an injustice if she gets a “legacy” spot, but it might be the only way to limit the amount of attention.
Chris Benoit was one of the greatest wrestlers I ever had the pleasure of watching on TV as a kid, shame his legacy went up in smoke. Still a legend to me when it comes to wrestling.
He looks good, better than I thought he would. Met him a few years ago and he was super cool. Struck me as a guy who was very comfortable in his own skin which made him likeable.
Hak is one down to earth super cool cat! Got to ref his match at the infamous XPW 'Cold Day In Hell" show back in 2008 & got the distinct honor to drive to him around L.A. that weekend. Learned quite a bit about the business side of things from him & highly unnderrated when it comes to psychology! Also discussed in length 9/11 conspiracies lol.. Can't wait to see & listen to the whole interview. Glad he looks to be doing GREAT!!
Strange comment about how he told Benoit Owen killed himself. Benoit wrestled at a House Show that night, and he faced Rey Mysterio Jr. Rey pinned Benoit as the finish. He might have told Benoit when he came backstage, but Benoit claimed that the referee told him.
The only wrestler that made me smash my Dr.pepper cans on my forehead when I was a kid until the can wrinkled wrong splitting my palm open like cutting smoked picnic ham
Heard a story that Nancy was wearing a razor blade in her mouth at an airport in case of some fan would grab her. I have forgotten who told the story (maybe Kimberly Page) but damn what a tough woman!
Debra told this story in a shoot-interview… She had just joined WCW with her then-husband Steve Mongo McMichael, and they were in Mexico. Link: th-cam.com/video/OF-GejVxO00/w-d-xo.html
The "Terrible" booking hes responsible for he would admit. But it was entirely because of Hogan. Hogan had the influence at WCW, and he forced Kevin Sullivan to book that lame 1980s style cartoonish BS because THAT'S what Hogan wanted. He was comfortable going back to the 80s even though it was the 90s; that's why he wrestled Tiny Lister aka Zeus and kept bringing back Mr. T well after these guys careers had fizzled. That's why he vouched for Ultimate Warrior coming back to the WCW. Hogan's mentality of wrestling was so ingrained into the 80s that bookers like Kevin had to go back as well just to make him comfortable or he'd throw a fit..or leave to the WWF. He had "Creative Control" of everything he did and everything that was associated w/ him. Sullivan learned from the greats, taught the greats, and he's overall the most respected booker in the business..His speciality is 'finishes', and Dusty Rhodes loved him so much that he referred him to the WCW. Hulk got in his way. Dungeon of Doom, as Kevin admitted, was all Hogan.
I did a spirit box session on the Benoit Family. I am not a wrestler fan per say except I watch the diva Bella twins every now and again. During the session a spirit said “the sandman is real”. So I googled sandman, etc... just interesting and wanted to share.
Have you ever watched the real early Eastern Championship Wrestling? He was actually a decent wrestler, but his surfer persona was absolutely terrible!
Nancy was smokin. The most underrated woman in pro wrestling
Facts!!
Watch her in the 80's with Kevin Sullivan. DAAAAAAAAMN!
Yes she was. Absolutely beautiful

He's looking pretty good these days, I hope he's in a better place. I'm digging this interview.
Exactly what I came here to say. Seems like a decent straight shooter and not a crackhead
His face isn't covered in meth sores like the last time I saw him do an interview.
He’s cleaned up from what I have heard!

Agree. He must have been off the sauce for this interview because he sounds a lot better.

Why is it that everyone always says Kevin Sullivan is a genius - and yet he was responsible for the worst booking in wrestling history?
You obviously don't watch the current state of pro wrestling

Hak! Hak! Hak!!
TIME HAS GONE BY
Owen died at a PPV, was WCW running one the same night? Or is he just talking about a house show where everyone found out about his death?
I did a spirit box session on the Benoit Family. I am not a wrestler fan per say except I watch the diva Bella twins every now and again. During the session a spirit said “the sandman is real”. So I googled sandman, etc... just interesting and wanted to share.
2:28 ?
Where ya stick?
First commentator, But Sandmans name is better than his wrestling
U mean first "commenter" lol. Commentator is someone like JR or Lawler.
@@gman2015z yes, good find. He still sucked as a rassler
Have you ever watched the real early Eastern Championship Wrestling? He was actually a decent wrestler, but his surfer persona was absolutely terrible!
