Starstreak isn’t even just AA irl that’s why it’s basically guided APSDFS. It’s basically the javelin but 10x more versatile (it can be reloaded etc). UK Rocket Launchers have always been absolutely broken irl
Fun fact, the real-life xp50 could not fly. They only got it off the ground once, and it could not maintain stable flight and crashed.
And for some reason it's the best premium in war thunder at its br... i wonder why

Im telling you man, XP 50 needs to get a specialty ground spawn. Its too OP when it spawns in the air
honestly they need to add better top tier AA, Pantsir is the only serious cas deterrent
Unfortunately no one else IRL really has anything as good as the pantsir that is a short range AA. Although the Chinese have the TOR so the option for medium-long range is open most of the nations in game don't really use Mobile AA in any useful capacity.
@@Omega_1111Then we need medium and even long range. The game is getting too modern for these tiny maps, we need large battlegrounds and then we can get patriot systems and things of that nature
@@F-22_Rapt0r patriot isn't really a mobile system, unless you mean add more static AA to screw with CAS
Like I said the option for longer range AA is there since the TOR is in game, but the only people who really produce mobile AA systems is the USSR and China (who gets most of theirs from USSR)
Essentially there are a couple dozen modern AA systems for the USSR that should be added, including long range systems, and maybe 2 for everyone Else.

I did a test drive with the XP-50 a few days back and it finally became clear why I have so many nightmares fighting them.
And after test fight it I immediately regret to pour GE for BTD-1, that plane has higher br but shittier in every aspect compared to XP-50

Personally I feel like the XP-50 is fine considering its the only aircraft in the entire pre jet era of US aircraft in the game that has a climb speed not 20-30% slower than all of its competitors.

@@urmumwota4185 it's an interceptor and there are plenty of similar aircraft in its BR with high climb speeds and an air spawn
@@dominuslogik484 Its got insane climb for what it is, it only has around 4280kg weight pure aircraft no fuel which is AMAZING for a twin engined aircraft considering a spitfire is around 3.5kg in the same conditions, it has a laser-stream of gun 2x 50 cals and 2x 20mms with a fuckton of ammunition to boot, and a better turntime than later spitfires such as the mk22. It would still be absolutely busted without an airspawn. American guns so they arent gaijin-broken either such as the japanese ones that are severely underpowered because gaijin can't model HE based cannons correctly without sparking them. The only real cons are no wep, easily overheated engine and bad compression, but with the xp50's playstyle and pure engine power those arent problems, especially with how those are common problems with every single other plane at that br, single engined or twin. Its only actual real limitation is the intelligence of the user.

Also you get 50cals, the thunderbolts are deadlier then basically every other plane at that br with few exceptions

No one talks about the t18e2 borehound, it has an amazing 57mm cannon and a low enough BR to face near reserves, its overall a curbstonp legend

Raketen, yes. M-50 and STRV-103, skill issue. The M-50 pens a whole bunch, but the damage is VERY inconsistant, and it is more sluggish than a regular sherman, and doesnt get a stabalizer. The strv-103 is generally just an alright vehicle. It can be very good, but not broken. But the raketen can eat my a$$
2S38 is a better spaa than the Pantsir

What tech tree should I grind guys? I want to get to a high BR quickly, I've started grind Japan and for air i am 5.3 and ground I am 3.3
Honestly, VIDAR isn’t as broken as people make it out to be. It’s lightly armored, slow firing, and has a slow traverse. Just don’t bring a helicopter nearby and you’re good.

xp-50 is good, but it has an enemy so close to it in BR I'm surprised both are premiums, with the xp-55 and xp-50 being close matches in fire power and turning. but the xp-55 has low speed

Pantsir is not OP since CAS in top tier is wayyyy more broken so its a counter so that people on the ground can have a chance at fighting back. CAS Players deserve no mercy.

Xp-50 is just american 109 with airspawn...not sure why people don't see it, I played it a lot aswell as 109 f4 and 109 often wins dogfights with good pilots in both planes

AuF1 is great, the base AMX-30 is mid af, it shoot HEAT, not even HEATFS, has no armor at all (compared to the Leo 1 breech black hole) is slower than a Leo. That thing is a joke at 8.0. The Amx-30b2 however, man love those things.
