Sadly this desk won't work for me. Glass, metal and solid surface materials are too cold for me to rest my arms on. And the lowest height of 29.5” isn't a comfortable keyboard height with my feet on the ground. I thought I'd share these two points in case someone else has these issues. Otherwise I would totally buy it!
I got the black one, however, having the same problem it doesn't go low enough to be ergonomic, also too small to fit everything on desk I need. Returning soon
@@sanman31 I ended up getting an "Uplift Standing desk" with a bamboo top. I got the regular one which goes low enough for me, and they have one that goes super low. - best of luck!
COSTCO has 30 of these desks 3 weeks ago. I tried to get my cousin and friends to buy one. Now they are 100% SOLD OUT all the way to Winchester, Virginia (350 miles away) .. Unavailable online.
Just got one this weekend. Really easy to set up and I love it! I'm able to take notes with a dry erase marker and wipe it off. I still need to do the zip ties with the surge protectors but in due time!
I’ve had my desk a month. I WAS loving it but now have E3 error. It is stuck in “top” position. I’ve disconnected the sensor as was instructed but it hasn’t worked. It now won’t move at all. It’s going back to Costco. I wouldn’t recommend buying this desk; sad to say because it was going great. I just think it should work for more than 30 days.
blur1221 Yes! At a store in Dallas that sells discounted overstock from department stores and furniture stores. It was my very first time there with a friend. I’m still in shock. Waiting for my husband to return from a business trip. He’s not going to believe me but I have the receipt. :) It was just there, brand new and I ran up to it, yep I ran. After I asked the price, she didn’t know and called someone and they said, “$95”. Well alrighty then, plugged it up to make sure it worked and I was so excited. The paper and everything is still on the glass. This was just on Friday.
If sitting in a proper sitting position, upright then no your feet go under it and it is a little above your shins not touching you. If your reclining back, I usually put my feet up on the bar but I also use a desk hammock for my feet often so I like putting my feet up etc.
Put mine together and it wouldn't raise up. Called customer service then helped trouble shoot it. However, now when it is being lowered the whole top shakes. Calling back. Top drawer also stuck and scraped along the top side, think I got a lemon.
sounds like it / was prob damaged in transport. You're the first lemon report out of 34k views so id give it a go and return it and grab another. Still loving mine a year later with no issues!
Ankit Awasthy I unscrewed the woofers casing. It has holes in the casing so I put a zip tie through the holes and then zipped it to the metal bar under the desk

No you want them close as possible so it has the smallest Bessel jump. This video was years ago! I currently have 3 27in monitors on it (video editing) you can fit it
I am actually moving to my new house in 2 weeks (been a 4 yr process) I was thinking about it the other day I will prob keep the desk built and move whole. I have a enclosed trailer so its easy for me to do it that way. will be wrapping heavily with moving blankets.
I wish I could bought a white instead of black one to write on it :((( But anyway, I'm still pretty happy with the desk. But then I realize somehow my H4 button is set to specific height and whenever I click on it, it's come to 3.19 ( the height I usually sit at). I cannot figure out how to program these button, do you have any ideas? thank for your video sir!
Justin In Black you raise the desk to the height you want with the arrows then you hold the h(2-4) button for 5 seconds it will flash and your programmed. You know you can by neon dry erase markers that will show up on black!

I am using 2 of the Acer S271HL Display - I like them a lot, I do video editing and graphic design a lot and they are great. Not sure if they are still sold new ad I have had them a few years.
Depending on how the clamp mounts yes, but if I were you I wouldn't use zip ties, I would drill 2-3 holes through the back metal bar so you could put a bolt through, wouldn't want my monitors hanging on by some zip ties
online available in 400 but i do not like this as adjustable height is up to 45". My office has up to 60" but could not find anything similar in costco

Michael Baskharon No not at all I’ve been debating actually going to a three monitor set up on the desk, but I do a lot of video editing And Photoshop. I have space on the desk for a wrist guard before my keyboard and then after the keyboard I am a gap where I have another stand for my phone before it gets to the raised platform for my monitors
I want to get this desk, but also have a clamped monitor, if I'm careful, would it be possible to use it or should I just avoid this product all together?
I got a great double monitor stand for it because I was scared my clamp would break it. I did use the clamp for a bit before the stand came, but its glass, I would expect a bad surprise suddenly one day if you use the clamp, though possibly you could add some precuts in the gap between the glass and the metal to make it more able to hold a load like that
sorry haven't encountered that yet. Perhaps unplug and wait a min before plugging back in. Some electronics hold a charge and don't reset right away. I tried looking for the manufacturer number for you but no luck. They still sell this at Costco so you always have (the inconvenient option of returning it for a swap)
@ Viola Huang-Beck I would say it possible but not Recomended. You could drill it into the metal tray and it definitely would stay but that tray is only held by the drawer slides so I think all that weight would eventually break the drawer off

@@timbock2 its around 28 inches wide for the drawer. Hanging it from the glass obviously screams breaking the glass so I wouldn't. You could possibly side mount the keyboard tray to the metal that runs underneath the glass the the drawer rails are mounted to, same principal there.

Drew Kingery so I had a dual clamp mount on there at first and was a little on edge about it breaking the glass. There is a air gap between the glass and the metal, if you do put a c clamp I would recommend wedging some cardboard in that gap to help support it

Paul Phan no drilling or sticking needed as long as the feed of the monitor mount sit on the desk, mine done sway or move at all when the desk goes up or down, the movement is very smooth
Rose Mary hmm that’s a surprise, we’ll the motor that does all the movement, where the noise must be coming from, is in the metal box under the desk on the right, maybe put a piece of felt around that box (you could just tape it there at first and test it to see if it dampens the noise) just a wild guess here but hope it helps
@ Collin Ponzo no wobble here but I’m currently on carpet. I would guess your on a hard slightly uneven surface. I would put a folded piece of cardboard under the corner that is not firmly on the ground
Glad I bought mine from Costco. It never worked from the beginning. The number for customer service for Tresanti puts you through a rat maze and then hangs up on you. It goes back to Costco today! Not worth the hassle of even putting it together.

Oh that’s unfortunate, it’s been six years with this desk now I think and it’s still going strong
one failed product doesn't cancel out all of the good ones, accidents happen. switch it out and try again.

definitely, I had a dual monitor arm clamp on it for a while and that weighs a ton (I was concerned for that) so a mic clamp will be fine

No there was enough of a gap in the back of the drawer for them to make it though

How do I lower the desk? When I press the down arrow it says bot or something cause it started going up on it's own then now it won't lower
Bot means bottom, it might be hitting something underneath and that’s its safety setting making it go back up

Depending on how the clamp mounts yes, but if I were you I wouldn't use zip ties, I would drill 2-3 holes through the back metal bar so you could put a bolt through, wouldn't want my monitors hanging on by some zip ties
Is the motor replaceable if it breaks? Basically what happens if the motor breaks?
that would be a warranty issue I would think. its easy to access the box the motor is in, just three screws if they sent a replacement perhaps

Micah Smith that’s the Harmon kardon sound sticks sub woofer. The two clear glass looking sticks on top of the desk are the speakers that go with it

@@BitnerBuilt Hi bud. I bought the table thanks to your review and planning to buy the dual mount too. Do you need to drill or stick anything to the base ? And if not, do you think it'd be stable for a 24" and a 27" monitor ? Thanks.
Mine makes more noise than yours when it goes up and down - any advice?
Paul Phan no drilling or sticking needed as long as the feed of the monitor mount sit on the desk, mine done sway or move at all when the desk goes up or down, the movement is very smooth
Rose Mary hmm that’s a surprise, we’ll the motor that does all the movement, where the noise must be coming from, is in the metal box under the desk on the right, maybe put a piece of felt around that box (you could just tape it there at first and test it to see if it dampens the noise) just a wild guess here but hope it helps

Hello! So I just got this desk, do you notice a wobble when you type? My Monitors and desk move when I'm typing, any idea on how to fix this?
@ Collin Ponzo no wobble here but I’m currently on carpet. I would guess your on a hard slightly uneven surface. I would put a folded piece of cardboard under the corner that is not firmly on the ground
I can’t even set it up because a cord is stuck under a metal plate that I can’t get out...

Glad I bought mine from Costco. It never worked from the beginning. The number for customer service for Tresanti puts you through a rat maze and then hangs up on you. It goes back to Costco today! Not worth the hassle of even putting it together.
