- Ontario California continues to add more and more housing, which is a great thing in my opinion. This new development add 1000 new units to our severely needed housing supply. It is presented as living in a RESORT! And you'll see why, and like me, probably agree. But with all of this, it may not be the best move for you to make. We go over the difference between renting here or buying close by.

It takes longer than an hour to get to LA during morning rush hour. It’s more like an hour and a half and that’s without accidents.
Hopefully the new " fast lane " will bring the time down. But I guess it will be for the ones who can afford the extra cost. 😞

Right, definitely not a walking neighborhood. Which means if anyone wants to do anything outside the complex they would need to jump in their car and head out. All 1000 residences.
