    Great video,
I had a very similar PA 28-161 project in my shop. It was flying until I discovered the R/H wing moved back and forth 1” when pushed on . Further inspection revealed the wing rear attachment channel, or intermediate bulkhead as you refer to it, was damaged the same as the one you have shown a photo of. Interesting as the damaged part looked the same between the two aircraft. The forward wing attach channel was cracked/ broken under the co pilots feet or seat location. We did airframe, interior, paint, and engine repairs somewhat similar to your airplane. The customer was involved putting in lots of hours so they were able to appreciate the hours and hours of time spent on the restore.
    They are nice flying airplanes.

This is so cool! I'm working towards a PPL in a piper warrior and came to these videos to learn a bit more about how the aircraft is built and get into the details of what's in the engine compartment, wings, etc. Thanks for sharing your progress!

What a great restoration job. I would really like to do something like this to our Cherokee 140.

I know hard to do, but can you please show video of you actually working on attaching the skins and completing the work on it, riveting etc even just small clips? I like the fact that you are restoring these planes, when everyone else just wrecks them. Also i want to see Sarah working on it in all the videos!!! ;)

One thing I have always wondered is: on parts like the corroded bracket at the corner of the main windscreen what is used to prevent corrosion from galvanic action of the two dis-simmilar metals (iron and aluminum). Is there some material or just the paint that isolates the pieces from the exchange of ions that would accelerate corrosion?

Did you have to jig the airframe to change those panels?

Roy, I really enjoy the detail you go into. It may not be something you would be willing to do, but I would love a cost detail as well for the work you are doing. And is this cost effective for someone who doesn't own an aircraft shop?

Great video. I have also followed your earlier videos too. Would love to know a ballpark dollar amount of such restoration projects.

Are you going to show the Cessna 150 final video of the restoration?

Did you replace the parts with all factory parts or did you fabricate some of these parts in house? Thanks for the videos. I am sure that I am not the only person that would be interested in videos of the replacement of all these parts.

People neglect the roof mounting brackets, I've replaced many.

I would like to restore a plane. I was a airframe and hydronic tech on the F14. I wish I worked have pursued my A&P, instead of pilot license first.
