Welcome to my vlog in Pakistan where I take you on a thrilling journey through the vibrant city of Karachi. I explored the city's fascinating landmarks and cultural heritage.
My adventure begins with a local Pakistani motorcycle driver who takes me to the Masjid-e-Tooba or Gol mosque. We visit the largest single-dome mosque in the world, which has no pillars in its central prayer hall. I am in awe of the impressive structure, and the low surrounding wall that supports the huge dome. The mosque's design is truly unique, and it's an incredible sight to behold.
Next, we head to the Frere Hall library, which dates back to the early British colonial era. The library has a rich history, and I feel like I'm transported back in time as I browse through the books and admire the architecture.
Our next stop is the Mazar-e-Quaid, the graveyard of the father of the nation, Mohammed Ali Jinnah. I'm shocked to see Bangla language written on the stone, and it's a reminder of Pakistan's respect for different cultures and languages.
Finally, I meet my Pakistani friend and enjoy Iftar with him. It's a wonderful way to end my day, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to experience Pakistani culture and hospitality firsthand.
