How to make homemade jjimdak/jjimdak

If you want to eat a special chicken dish, try making jjimdak~

🍗Jjimdak ingredients
Based on 1kg of chicken
2 potatoes, 1 onion, 1/2 carrot, 1 green onion,
2 shiitake mushrooms, 3 dried peppers,
2 red peppers, 1~2 Cheongyang peppers,
flat vermicelli, rice cake
600ml water
🍎Jjimdak seasoning
4T soy sauce, 1T chicken stock, 2T brown sugar, 3T cooking wine,
1T minced garlic, 2T grain syrup, 1T soybean paste, a little minced ginger
Pepper powder, sesame oil
(Adjust salt and sugar levels according to your preference)
▶Measuring tools used
T: Tablespoon(15ml)
t : teaspoon (5ml)
1 cup (C) = 200ml
