This is honestly incredible. Somehow you made me appreciate Naughty Dog even more then I already do.
Seeing characters walk around buildings that only partially exsist always make me think of the games as the Truman Show.
Uncharted 2 was literally a part of my childhood. I was only around 7 when I first played it. I still think it's the best one in the series.

That fact that this game still looks incredible almost 10 years later is really testament to how skilled naughty dog is. This was done on hardware that's out of date even for smartphones.

3:45 I'm fairly certain that sewer entrance is actually used to enter the sewer a little earlier on while escaping the guards. The area where Nates exits the sewer is a completely different looking place in what I believe to be a pre-rendered scene so that environment might not even exist in game.
I don't know why Shesez said what he did, I didn't write that down for him to say.

I remember Naughty Dog devs were really proud to have the train move through the environment for the train section, because it was more common to have the whole environment move around trains back then.
Can't wait for Uncharted 4!

Why do people hate Uncharted 3?
+Joaquin Barboza "Hate" is such a strong word, don't you think? I tend to believe that players are just a little bit disappointed with the game because it didn't live up to its more critically successful predecessor. Please, don't get me wrong, I really like Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and I think it's best one in the Series for a movie adaptation.
CrashFan95 yes, with the movie adaptation you are right.
But most of the people hate it without liking it even a little.
That's kind of bold. U3 is not only good, it is GREAT a masterpiece, a really enjoyable game, a great game to play, but NOT AS GOOD as Uncharted 2 wich was just perfect.

Shesez if you want a modded ps3 get a used phat model. All them are fully moddable through a web browser exploit without having to take a part the system and flash them.

Shesez the exploit is called PS3Xploit. Works on all phat models and some slim models. Even if the ps3 is updated to latest ofw you. Can still install cfw.
PS3Xploit has a full list and details on how to setup the exploit. There's also some handy video tutorials.

Looking at all that it's easy to forget that this is running on PS3, and the game doesn't install any data to the HDD, it streams everything from the disc to RAM, and the amount of details is purely insane
I put hundreds of hours into U2's online co-op. Hearing the music and seeing the areas brought back a lot of memories.

yeah the youtube bell is literally meant to just promote the youtube app. outside of that, the bell regulates what youtubes algorithm THINKS you should see.

What a game. The best in the series. The online was very underrated and had a great competitive community. Pre 1.05 update this game was balanced perfectly and was an absolute blast to play. Ah the memories lol

I remember breaking boundary in a call of duty game and walked to the boats in the distance. They were actually closer than I expected and were the size of toy boats.

This just shows you that the games didn't need to be Remastered. It's beautiful as is.
You should do a boundary break on little big planet 2. There's a thing called the modded 0 profile that'll give you creators tools out of creative mode. Doesn't require a modded PS3 either.
Some times it's mind blowing to think the PS3 only had 256mb of video ram, 512 total. The Cruise ship from Uncharted 3 would be cool.

One of my favourite games of all time. Even though some elements of the game are somewhat outdated by today's standards, chapters like Locomotion are still extremely impressive, even moreso when you see the entire train is rendered at all times. All this on a machine made in 2006!
