Burst out laughing😂😂 it be like that tho my friend. Gotta love it! The goal is to wake up in that scene like uhh no this can’t be real and boom we lucid! But our innocently dumb heads just be accepting shit like it’s normal 🤦🏾♂️, we’ll catch up tho one day
I found an app. This app I feel like it helps a lot, because it has statistics on how you dream. It also has tags and achievements. Achievements are very motivational.
Last night I time travelled.. in my dreams I was telling a boy of my neighborhood that I came from future (around 8 yrs) he was like no it's not possible... & I saw them in detail.. I love it. I feel I might forget this wonderful dreams in some months no matter how hard I try to retain it in my mind. It make me feel like to journal my dreams to keep awesome dreams with me forever
Lucid dreaming is easy , how it happens is you have to realize that in your dream you usually are conscious about this real world during your dreams , how I lucid dream is that I’d wake up in the middle of the dream and go right back to sleep without moving or making any noise and then go right back into that dream and you can realize that you are dreaming and have so much fun
I've been keeping a dream journal for years and often have lucid dreams. So true that keeping a journal really helps. I've just started to read them on my channel!
I'm really glad lucid dreaming has gained more exposure over the years but it seems like a lot of people are trying to find shortcuts to lucid dreaming like listening to theta waves or certain tea's/drugs etc. A dream journal for me personally helped me with lucid dreaming by writing down my dreams alone.
Thanks giz for helping me lucid dream. I have been trying to get one of these dreams for a year and a couple weeks ago I got my first lucid dream. This week I had 3 in a row. I am really happy I got it and now its fun to read through my dreams because some of them are really cool.
I didn’t know any of this was a thing. I don’t know what lucid dreaming is. I came to this video after having kept a dream diary for about 18 months. Just notes section on iPhone. It started very much like you said: a couple lines here & there. Lately I’ve been writing paragraphs & have recently added a “thoughts/review” section where I analyse the dream. The process is exactly as described in your video. But I have no end goal. It’s just something I do now. I’m going to google Lucid Dreams & find out what that is. Perhaps will be my next step?
Most of my dreams I’m in this particular place, at the cliff with an ocean view or sometime I walk down that cliff seeing wild wave hitting big rocks. Each dream have different story and different people.I love going to that place :)
I started journaling my dreams this year and it was the best decision ever, i end up writing down a whole novel for one dream, then I accompany it with illustrations to make the dream seem more alive
i usually sketch out some things I remember in my dreams at the bottom or another page of the dream I just wrote down, it can help you visualize what happened even if you are not necessarily good at drawing
I've been writing down my dreams in my notes app since the start of the pandemic, and as of now I have 200+ dreams written down. It's so cool to be able to read dreams from years ago and being able to remember them :)
I do not keep a dream journal but today I woke up from two of the greatest dreams of my life, and as a sleep insomniac just woke up from the greatest quality of sleep in my life 1. 30 am to 6. 30 am, and I just wanted a place to record them so congradulations TH-cam, I picked you. My first dream did not have very much substance in it but it was more like a three in one movie. The second was just a wealth of my past shit of my chest for good and I feel great, I'm not saying I won't make anymore mistakes in my future or my evolution is complete. But I've felt I've had two major breakthroughs in my life this being one, and that breakthrough is that the person I woke up as today is the person I'm going to die as, I feel light as a feather great, great, great sleep on the outside I'm still a loser well and good, but on the inside is a fucking cornacopia, and hopefully I get it out there, hopefully I shed my past repression, and find a place out there for me. Hopefully I find a decent outlet for all my future happiness, and not a fucking computer screen, but a real person or two would be nice ( perhaps a couple million of dollars, just putting it out there universe). But for today for this moment I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it dancing around with my huge penis, I wish, but the way I feel is the next best thing.
Even though this has nothing to do with lucid dreams, but you remind me of my cousin a lot, every time I watch a video of yours, I immediatly think of my cousin Jeremy
I started experiencing benefits of dream journaling even before actual journaling when I keep multiple dreams in my mind I can observe consequences of my thoughts in dreams. Journaling is very helpful after started journaling I started to record 2 or 3 dream per night and I hope I can control them because I am just observing and finding out some stories in dream but I cant actually change them yet
The problem I have is sometimes I dream so much that I don’t know what to write down, and other times I dream so little that there’s nothing to write about.
I think the idea behind writing a dream journal Is that if you write about your dream experience you will be able to remember your dream more in details. And if you see that same dream again In future that you wrote about than you know what's gonna happen next and you can control your dream, and that's when you enter the world of lucid dreaming.
Yes right it’s like u can’t think straight your just don’t whatever the dream is it’s like your just taking part in it like a ride or Somethign but making decisions is hard
I’ve been writing my dreams down since August 2020 and it’s now February2021 the hardest part is analyzing your dreams over time I’ve had multiple paragraphs of one dream or multiple dreams in one night
I find that once I start writing down one dream I start to forget my other dreams, so how do you prioritize which dreams to write down if you have multiple? Is it just important that you get something written down, or should you try to be really detailed and try to remember every dream?
I know what you mean. I would go for the one that you remember less of. As you are going to forget it quicker. However if this means that you will forget the clearer dream, then don't bother with that one, just remember the better one.
Yep go for the ones you can remember Dan. It may be annoying but eventually your dream recall will get better. Tonth point you can recall more dreams and for longer periods. These days I can have dreams fall back again then get up when I need to and write my dreams not long after. Also tend to use the lucidity app. It's great assistance.
It also may help just to write down the subject of your dream and then go back over and do it in more detail, that way if you end up forgetting your dream seeing what it was about could either trigger you to remember and if it doesn’t then you still have some of that dream down. Idk if that makes sense but it helps me
My recommendation is to instantly write a keyword of each dream like something that is a main factor of the dream and then summarize each cause the keyword should remind you of it
I just writing all of them(2 or 3) with details but if I get confused with what I saw then there is probability of lose one of them. When I just waken up I mediately trying to remember things that I saw. You can wake up multiple times for catching and writing all of them because trying to remember 3 of them is so hard
I litterally started a new routine today and part of that routine for me is dream Journaling. I was like the person in the scenario wanting to lucid dream but never getting it. So, I am hoping that through keeping a dream journal itll help!
the dreamjournal gives you advices on how you can become lucid, the subconcious mind has many answers you seek and keeping a diary helps to get both psychologicaly healthy and to have lucid dreams keep it up guys
I remember many dreams ... My mum who went to Heaven connects with me in DREAMS . Example she uses colour to resonate her awareness of me . In my lounge had placed some clothing on a hanger in bottle green @ a green skirt of hers she gave me the night before to wear the next day... the next day Mum came in my dream dressed in the bottle green colour. In another Dream She meets me walking down a tree line street with a place of pinky blue skies , again Mum was wearing a pair of identical blk casual shoes I recently bought. This happens over again. Or she visits me in clothes she had in her Earthly wardrobe . One day I sat in front of a local coffee shop stirring coffee @ said out loud Mum wish you were here having coffee >> that night Mum visits in a dream in that same location where I sat in a beige linen dress from her Earthly home to sit @ have coffee with me . She looked 40yrsyounger too ;)
Thanks for giving me This advice I been trying to recall my dreams for years now I have a few tips for lucid dreaming so I could do it on command but I have only been able to put myself into a already made dream twice or 3 times
Question I've had a dream journal since 2018, and done most of these things, and have lucid dreaming but only realise it once I try to wake up but never was able to control the things only realise that I'm dreaming? How do I make it that I can control things
I started my dream journal and the only problem is that i have to write it down immediately or a forget, or random nits and pieces get scattered and i dont end up writing it
I write paragraphs worth of dream. My dreams literally have like chapters and sometimes I wake up either just as something is going to be solved, or just as something big is being discovered. Yet I can never become aware of myself dreaming. I feel like its lucid in the dream, because I can control myself no matter what form I take (human, animal, etc. I'm almost never myself as a human though strangely) but I never become aware that it's all a dream.
Also a strange dream I can recall where I was kind of? Lucid? Was when I was sleeping in my moms bed due to anxiety. I got up out of bed, went to the bathroom in the dark, realized I felt weird and uncomfortable, so I did a reality check by counting my fingers and making sure I had all 5. I did. But then after looking in the mirror I woke up to find out that was all a dream and I didn't actually go in the bathroom... So I guess i need to find a new reality check in case that happens again
I even forgot about lucid dreaming I just love to write down my dreams I had my first lucid dream today and it could be better so I'm just gonna keep writing my dreams
I had a dream journal app in my phone that lasted two years and I used it every now and then and really helped me out and I rly enjoy just writing the dreams down because.. it's cool to reread them Thing is I got my phone stolen at some point and I was devastated Now I'm restarting since the covid situation to write them down but it's tiring to do now instead of fun
I kind of want to try this again, I did it before in 2018 but I stopped for a while and I haven't continued it. It was pretty fun tho!! I'll think about this uwu
Nice commentary on your dream recall methods. You should go into further detail as to why you believe your OS's (Other Self) reality does not tangibly affect your waking reality. I hear what your saying, but this is, imo only half correct. Maybe your only referring very concrete and tangible effects in the 3D world, but what your leaving out is the subtle influences that your OS has on the dreamer over an extended period of time. As you become more experienced with your OS and his or her reality, you will begin to more fully understand your core emotional body and how it is heavily tied to your subconscious. As you become more able to recall your OS's reality it will begin to break down emotional limitations imposed from your waking life. You may or may not react positively to these subtle changes in your emotional body. However, since you are here, actively seeking to understand your OS and his/her reality better, there is a good chance that you have been led to seek self improvement and the furthering of your spiritual knowledge. So yes, brother Giz is correct in the sense that you will not be tangibly affected by your OS and his/her inner plane exploits, but you will begin to develope a unique and stronger bond with your OS. Thanks again Giz for the video, good luck with your journaling my friend.
But mine makes no sense.i keep dreaming the same guy and he will just come random.last time in March he was a young teen and we were in a huge open attic in spring and he was making me coffee.then last night I dream he was older and he want to clean under my bed,my bedroom and he didnt want help.im going to look up if it means anything.i never met this guy but he seems a long lost friend but I cant recall if I had anyone who look like him or read any books and TV about this guy.
Hey I've got two questions I'll appreciate if you answer 1- I tried to right my dreams and I did write some but it's about two days that I can't remember anything about my dreams to write. What's the problem 2- some hours ago I thought that im having a lucid dream and i checked a clock on a wall in my dream... And I realized that I'm in a dream But now when I'm thinking i feel it wasn't a lucid dream because i did some silly things and it was like a layer 4 dream which is strange because I'm beginner. Was i lucid actually?
Behzad Ziaei ik its a long time ago but if you can know that your in a dream and can control it its usually lucid but i think cuz your beginner because the same happened to me
Oh the irony. I woke up not to long ago haveing a lucid dream. Turned my phone on and instantly got notified. For me I always keep a dream journal, so no problems there. For me it's all about control. So this was my exprwonce less then two hours ago. I was awake for awhile due to over active mind adjd and all thst knowing I have to get in a few hours. And after what felt like ages I finally felll asleep right into a lucid dream. And instantly knew I was dreaming as I was super confused. Why am I not in my bed all those questions also for the frist time it was if I instantly teleoported, one minute I'm struggling to sleep and calming my mind the next I'm in a place that's all so fimilar. I asked all the question and found myself to be in my underwear. And knew well this can't be real. And I preety much walked about as if this was happening. Wanting to find clothes. That's the gist of it. Then wanting to catch up with an old childhood god freind then my resent one. But ended d up being greated by my mother. Who well I have a toxic relationship with but got to say my peace. So for me it's all about gaining more control I had better. Practised for the better part of last year. I've done all the great things. Spoke and got greated by my own subconscious. Who told me not to worry and thinga are going to work out. Haven't flew but I have ran like my favourite superhero(Been one) ..... No guesses there. Got drunk and high. And given in to childish impulses. So for me it's all about gaining more control again. I had some issues near summer which made not able to focus. And now I'm slowly getting back into lucid dreaming. I always ake notes less im depressed or unable to and super active. Anyway sorry for this not long woken up rant. But letting it all out there. Have a good day. And find this entertaining. Always wanted to make a comment and finally got round to doing so.
Had a dream of Adele turning into a whale and ruining the sea ecosystem.. i was on a boat and felt confused throughout the dream.. it was so vivid made me start a dream diary lol
I keep having vivid nightmares of tsunamis. Last night i had a dream where i was at the top of a hotel (how the tsunami dreams usually start) and I noticed lava flowing down a hill, and towards the hotel, and people were running into the ocean screaming. And I knew i was in a fucking dream, but then i started looking around like "shit, shit, shit! This is real! This isn't a dream! This is real!" But of course, after I die, i wake up, and it was only a dream. Its exhausting. Literally almost every night i have a dream where I'm at a hotel, or at the beach, and there's a tsunami. Sometimes I have to pick up my little brother, and fight my way through staircases. Does anyone else have experience with reoccuring nightmares like this?
quin 2947 you may just forget your dreams, but you could quickly jot down the main idea of the dream and try and add details later, though you may forget the details. But I’m in the same boat as you!
@@Stephiscool444 I find that often I forget my dreams, but then later in the evening I'll all of a sudden remember everything to nearly perfect accuracy, but often I'm unsure of the chronology and whether two things happened in the same dream or not. Thanks though!
Bruh my dreams are weird. Last night, I had a dream that my English teacher attacked me using some superpowers in the Mexico City airport.

Bro what is wrong with your dreams
Ever since i start my journal i kept dreaming almost every day
good
Same, i started the other day and I remember all my dreams and have them every night
Every person has about 5-6 dreams per night. Most people just can't remember...
It's kind of cuz you have been hoping to dream yk..If you think about your dreams more that means you will get them more
I’ve been remembering my dreams a lot better now lol
I would recommend using a notepad in your phone. I remember random bits throughout the day, so I can always update
Definately, I use my phone notepad too, that way you don't lose random notepads/ pieces of paper!
I also find it way faster to write in an app than on an actual journal
I found an app. This app I feel like it helps a lot, because it has statistics on how you dream. It also has tags and achievements. Achievements are very motivational.

Is it me or i dream the same dream sometimes
Wrought???
Your voice sounds similar to that of Christopher Nolan, who is also fascinated by dreams.
Do you think the Hz music is useful or harmful to listen to while sleeping?
But mine makes no sense.i keep dreaming the same guy and he will just come random.last time in March he was a young teen and we were in a huge open attic in spring and he was making me coffee.then last night I dream he was older and he want to clean under my bed,my bedroom and he didnt want help.im going to look up if it means anything.i never met this guy but he seems a long lost friend but I cant recall if I had anyone who look like him or read any books and TV about this guy.
As you progress from lucid dreaming, try to walk into any mirror you see in your dream. I did that and that experience was so real and good. Try it.
Can you please tell what happened
Hey I've got two questions I'll appreciate if you answer
1- I tried to right my dreams and I did write some but it's about two days that I can't remember anything about my dreams to write. What's the problem
2- some hours ago I thought that im having a lucid dream and i checked a clock on a wall in my dream... And I realized that I'm in a dream
But now when I'm thinking i feel it wasn't a lucid dream because i did some silly things and it was like a layer 4 dream which is strange because I'm beginner. Was i lucid actually?
Behzad Ziaei ik its a long time ago but if you can know that your in a dream and can control it its usually lucid but i think cuz your beginner because the same happened to me
@@epfootballshort my vision suddenly went like television signal but broken but im aware then i went back to dreaming and the scene changed lol
If u have a very active lucid dream do u wake up tired?
100% my dreams basically feel like an alternate reality like a live a whole other day and I wake up exhausted🙃
no
I have lucid dreams all the time and I do feel tired when I wake up
Does a paper journal work better than a digital one?
dauser4 doesn’t really matter. Just have it on you 24/7
Yes
One day 1, i could write only one line Nd now it's been 4 days and i wrote 3 paragraphs idk how
What was your worst dream and best dream?
Had a dream of Adele turning into a whale and ruining the sea ecosystem.. i was on a boat and felt confused throughout the dream.. it was so vivid made me start a dream diary lol
I keep having vivid nightmares of tsunamis. Last night i had a dream where i was at the top of a hotel (how the tsunami dreams usually start) and I noticed lava flowing down a hill, and towards the hotel, and people were running into the ocean screaming. And I knew i was in a fucking dream, but then i started looking around like "shit, shit, shit! This is real! This isn't a dream! This is real!"
But of course, after I die, i wake up, and it was only a dream. Its exhausting. Literally almost every night i have a dream where I'm at a hotel, or at the beach, and there's a tsunami. Sometimes I have to pick up my little brother, and fight my way through staircases. Does anyone else have experience with reoccuring nightmares like this?
How about the negetive dreams,
Is it okay we write the negetive dreams?!!
You are happy person
Type or handwrite?
How bad of an idea would it be to write down last night's dream later in the day? I don't really have time to do it in the morning.
quin 2947 you may just forget your dreams, but you could quickly jot down the main idea of the dream and try and add details later, though you may forget the details. But I’m in the same boat as you!
@@Stephiscool444 I find that often I forget my dreams, but then later in the evening I'll all of a sudden remember everything to nearly perfect accuracy, but often I'm unsure of the chronology and whether two things happened in the same dream or not. Thanks though!
quin 2947 I do the same thing sometimes! And if it works for you then keep doing it
bro, I need someone here to tell me something that gives me that energy to restart lucid dreaming that you could do anythinh
