Just a tip when using luo yi, you should always keep her first and second skill in different colors so you can trigger her passive. Also, you can trigger her passive twice just throw s1 to enemy wait then throw s1 away since the mark lasts 5 sec then s2 to the marked enemy then s1 to the enemy.

Remember the time when she was first released. Everyone was confused and avoided using her since her skills can only deal little damage. That is the time where they didn't know her combo yet. Look at her now, popular and very annoying to deal with.

nah.. she's not popular. She is easily countered by many heroes, and she is very squishy.. easy to kil. I prefer Xavier, Yve, and Cecilion mid than Luo Yi
