In & Out makes the best fast food chain burger. I like how the salty fatness of the meat contrasts with the cool crunch of the salad .Their food is fresh because all their locations are within a days drive of their distribution centers. That is why almost all their locations are in the western US. In & Out is also very good to their employees, associates make almost twice what burger king and McD's worker make. The location managers also make 2 1/2 to 3 times what the other chains pay and they stay on the job anaverage of 15 years vs 3 years for the other chains. In & Out is the only fast food burger chain that Eric Shlosser author of FAST FOOD NATION will eat at.
When I was out in California, (from Glasgow), I really thought that In N Out was superb for a fast food restaurant. Really fresh and made for you, not just food sitting there waiting for someone to order it. Unfortunately for me I only tried it on my last day in LA or else I would've been there a lot more. Well done Danny for highlighting this place to anyone from the UK who is heading over to the West Coast area of the States.
Yep, I've been floored by the prices he has been paying at places. I pay less than $2.00 for my excellent foot long hot dog and refillable drink at Costco down the street from me, and to see him pay over $15 for a hot dog blows my mind. I'd love to see him at more places away from the tourist zones. So far in this series besides In and Out I thought the Brooklyn deli and the Mexican restaurant were the most reasonable. But that place off Broadway, that was insanely priced for some pitiful bbq. Come on down South, Danny. We'll set you up with some great BBQ for a reasonable price. Oh, and some real portions. :p
fun fact in and out doesn't use freezers, every single day they get a truck delivery. Also they have their own beef. No franchises. A great burger but also gotta give them props its high quality at every single restaurant they have and there are lots.
So what happens if they sell out the delivery early, do they just close? Or. what happens to all food they don't sell at the end of the night, do they throw it away?
@@JC-gm3zs They'll do a special delivery to the store to get ANYTHING they need. In N Out is extremely adamant about always having product on hand for the customer. You'll never go to an In N Out, ask for a shake, or chilies or ANYTHING, and be told, "I'm sorry sir/ma'am, we're sold out".
you havent tried many if you think in n out is the best in the world hehe its good no doubt in n out and five guys are amazing but there are sooo many local restaurant and burger joints making much better burgers then these.
Dude it’s a fast food chain. If you think that’s the best burger you need to get out more. & this is coming from a Californian who’s had in n out about a hundred times
Glad to see you liked it! What people who say In-N-Out sucks compared to X burger chain (those folks who don’t have proper working taste buds) don’t understand is that In-N-Out is still family owned and takes mad pride in it’s food and how it pays/treats its employees. Every other burger chain is corporate and they cut away that freshness by using frozen ingredients to increase their revenue
Finally Danny tries the In n Out burger , it's the best fast food burger in the west. It's a corporate operation but I think it is still being ran by the family that started it and they limit how many restaurants they will open so they don't get to spread out and ultimately lose the quality service and food. Growing up in the 60's and 70's I lived in the city where they opened their first restaurant , a drive thru back then if you got in line it would remind you of the movie American graffiti , 50's style cars and roadsters guys with the girl friends and others just hanging out right down the street from my high school it was great.
Yes, they are still being run by a family. And one of the reasons why they only exist in Ca (and a few nearby places) is that all employees who are going to be managers need to go and take classes at "In n Out University", which is a building in southern CA where they are taught exactly how to maintain the consistent high quality of all the outlets in the chain.
Actually it is not a corporate operation. The company is still fully owned (private) by the family and is currently under the direction of the grand daughter of the family. Many attempts have been made to buy them or to get them to offer franchising but they have not done that. It was the founder's wish that the company stays in the family. Of course, he couldn't have imagined the wild success that it has become. Best burger on the planet in my opinion.
In N Out is primarily in the southwest of the US. It's expansion has methodical. Their hamburger is not frozen. It is fresh, and to do that they only in states they believe can be served without much travel delay. It started in California. Enjoying your videos from Orange County (The OC) California. Thank you.
If you get the chance, do it. You'll not be disappointed. Most people that say otherwise have something personal against it for some reason. There's a reason that every location is packed all day, every day with a drive-thru line going around the block.
They have a single source of meat. It ran into trouble years back, but its fixed now. They arent like a Big Chain, because they will not build a restaurant that is too far away from the meat source. That gives it a more consistent product and better control of the meat.
Being from Los Angeles this made me happy. Its a gem. My order has changed over the years. Before my most recent it was two double doubles with whole grill in addition, animal style with chili's on the side and a water. Lately its been a 3*3 the same way with the combo with animal style fries and a root beer or the homemade pink lemonade, Chilis on the side. Must have it animal style, could've axed the pickles.
I also have like 3 burgers I order depending on the mood. 3x3 with cheese only, Double with whole grilled onion, or all out Animal Style double with chopped chillies. Even though the prices keep slowly going up, the value is still insane compared to the other crappier burger chains.
In and Out has it's own farms and supplies fresh produce to all its locations, which is why you will only find and In and Out on certain parts of the west coast.
This is an adventure, seeing you do In And Out, which is one of the best quality burger places, with their simple and basic fresh ingredients, delivering that almost backyard barbecue sort of flavor effect. It’s fantastic. Tuck in, there, Danny. Cheers!
First time watching one of your videos and loved how you presented it. Great personality had me laughing. Next time try some of their yellow Chile peppers with that burger. Gave you thumbs up and will be watching more of your videos
No it doesn't. If you actually knew anything about meat and freezing you would know that that technically doesn't matter but it makes normal people who dont know how to cook think it's better quality

As far as I know, difference between this place and McDonald's is that, the patties are not frozen. I used to work at McDonald's, meat patties all came in a frozen box and were not even thawed. It's not a vegas thing. It's a California thing. Vegas just got lucky in n out opened locations there. Honestly, us Californians don't even want in n out to leave the state and open locations elsewhere. We feel the rest of the country is simply not worthy.
At last after watching Danny’s channel for some year and a half, he is at a location I have been to, and this very one in Vegas. I was with friends on the strip when one of them suggested a decent burger joint popular in the States. It was cooked fresh to order and we sat in the restaurant to enjoy it. Best burger in the world. In and out burger is usually my first stop after landing in any state that has them. The flight from England is an 11 hour period of salivation. A 4 by 4 burger, animal fries and loads of yellow peppers is my go to order.
The In-N-Out next to LAX is a warm and gracious welcome home for me or a welcome to SoCal for my international friends. A must-stop.
Love watching Danny, he's so nice ... his hospitality is what makes him so worth watching. We all need a danny rate my takeaway in our lives. Enjoy hunny. Your happy everyone is happy xxx
Lies!, I guarantee if you had to choose between Danny and Zac Efron you would choose Zac every time
I was in the line behind Danny and he had this incredible stench. And whenever he would let out a laugh it was a straight poop smell that would linger around.
He had cartoon stink lines coming from him. And he’s oblivious to people saying “pew” or “yuck” or “ omg sick”
It’s a stench I’ll never forget and if it was in my country I would have buried him where he stood.
He uses the table as establishments are t going to let some massive human stinkbomb eating and turning away customers.
My wife and I had our first In-N-Out Burger this past Sunday. It was good. Servers were friendly too.
Did Customer No.51 ever return to collect their burger? The suspense is too much! 🤣😂
In and Out is always SPOT ON. Never an issue. PERFECT every time!!!!
Beside the long lines? Lol
@@kaosaechao56 That has nothing to do with the food now does it? Oh wait it does, it's so good everyone goes there.
@@rawbmar1166 long lines are an issue…. That’s why McDonalds generates more revenue
@@kaosaechao56 Mcdonalds generates more revenue because there is one in almost every country on this planet and it's nostalgic to some people. In n Out has 1 country and in that country it's only in 6 states in the western united states.
By all means you do you but I'm going to choose higher quality food even if that means I have to wait a little longer. Let's also not pretend like Mcdonalds has never had lines before.
@@rawbmar1166 look if I had to choose I’d take In and Ou over McDonald but to sit here and say there’s no issue about In and Out is dishonest. Every single time I go there, it’s a long wait. Same with Chick-Fil-A
Couldn't believe it when Danny said it was just $15! Was expecting more around $30-$40 with what prices he has previously been paying. Very good value for money. Those loaded fries looked delicious!
the normal price for Double double with fries and drink is $9.59 a reg burger is $3.50 more for shakes and extra cheese.
$30-40 for two burgers and a fries? This isn't Australia or Canada mate. Not yet at least
In & Out is the only fast food burger chain that Eric Shlosser author of FAST FOOD NATION will eat at.
this guy is a cool human being, period.

Finally, somewhere in the U.S. that a mere mortal can afford to eat at.. Doesn't look too bad for what and where it is.
The exquisite thing about In-N-Out is it's consistency. You can go to any In-N-Out location and it's exactly the same.
How dare you not get a milkshake while at In-n-Out Burger!!!
Right. The Neopolatin, i know i spelled that wrong. That is my go to milkshake their. It is perfect.

That's what a hamburger is all about!" 😋🍔🥤🍟
First time I've seen In N Out with empty tables! Usually people are standing staring, waiting for you to finish eating...like vultures lol
In n Out workers all seem so nice and happy to be there.
fun fact in and out doesn't use freezers, every single day they get a truck delivery.
The best burger in the world.. If they ever franchise out of the USA.. I would sign up in a heartbeat... Just wonderful!
you havent tried many if you think in n out is the best in the world hehe
its good no doubt in n out and five guys are amazing but there are sooo many local restaurant and burger joints making much better burgers then these.
massive over exaggeration, its a good burger but thats just a silly statement.
@@citybuilder1013 All of these chains serve the same crap.
Dude it’s a fast food chain. If you think that’s the best burger you need to get out more. & this is coming from a Californian who’s had in n out about a hundred times

Most show up with a few cameras and a tripod. He shows up with an extra table and chairs!
If you get it "animal style" you'll get it with the cooked diced onion. If you do "whole grilled" you can get the ringed onions grilled too!
You can also get Both Grilled and Raw Onions & I always order a 3x3 ✅

I went to one of these in vegas, the staff were so happy, they all loved it there. The food was delicious.
In N Out is primarily in the southwest of the US. It's expansion has methodical. Their hamburger is not frozen. It is fresh, and to do that they only in states they believe can be served without much travel delay. It started in California. Enjoying your videos from Orange County (The OC) California. Thank you.
I saw it in Austin TX
@@PTFolderTraining Texas is as far east that they've gone for now ,:)
Yep you won't find these in Florida or New York
if I ever go to America I need to try in-and-out 😋 also I love how they've kept the classic fast food diner styling
On the East Coast we have Stewart's Drive-In. They look just like something out of the 50's like American Graffiti.
Don’t forget to bring a bullet proof vest with you
Such a brilliant video mate. So detailed and passionate. Respect
I have been wanting to try this place for ages. The burgers do not look like typical fast food from a chain at all. So freaking fresh.
its certainly over rated in my opinon but that doesn't mean its not good. I enjoy it and its nice but its really over hyped generally.
Why 2 double doubles? Why not just a 4×4?

Danny's table has traveled to more places than some people have. That's pretty cool.
You just warmed my Californian heart with this. Love in n out, love you, take care Danny!
The burgers are made from beef that has never been frozen. It makes a big difference.
Mike Maijlak also likes these burgers
No it doesn't. If you actually knew anything about meat and freezing you would know that that technically doesn't matter but it makes normal people who dont know how to cook think it's better quality
@@Jacob-ir6zi In a fast food setting, fresh beef is vastly superior. Proven fact.
Of course there are ways to improve beef with freeze drying and other methods. But fast food is all about garbage in garbage out. Everyone should eat a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder and judge for yourself.

Welcome to Las Vegas, Danny. Glad you enjoyed your meal!
As far as I know, difference between this place and McDonald's is that, the patties are not frozen. I used to work at McDonald's, meat patties all came in a frozen box and were not even thawed. It went straight from freezer to flash fried on both sides for 10 seconds. Thats real American food. I would go Mexican or ethnic for remainder of my stay in the US.
There’s always a line but it goes quick because all they serve is burgers and fries!👍
Good vlog Danny , I'm going to Vegas in the new year so your reviews are most helpful 👍 thanks
The camera pan away at the end was amazing production and camera work!
Always wanted to try In n Out Burger, and wish they'd open shops over here. As a bonus, apparently they treat their staff pretty well and offer decent wages (unlike a lot of places), so you know your money is going to a decent employer.
Yes they do. I know a lady that was making over 100,000 a year as a manager of one of the location's
Insanely good value for money, absolutely insane compared to many other places. Anthony Bourdain’s favourite, you try getting both those burgers, fries and drink for £15 in the U.K. from Five Guys…not happening. Quality!
Five guys is overpriced.
Thank you for mentioning the price! Right now getting a meal at In n Out is cheaper than even McDonald’s.
My favorite burger place! I'm so happy you enjoyed it! Truly the best burger in the USA.
Love your channel what a legend of a guy aswell my 7 year old nephew pulled up his shorts the other day and said put knacker cracker away 😂😂 proper made me smile man
Tried In'n'Out down by the Linq in 2019. It was a weekend and I was working 16 days in Vegas and 12 back home in the UK for a few months. Lots of friends from the USA had recommended the place. It was cracking. If my kids and wife went on a Vegas trip, this place would be a place we would take them.
This looked equally good from Danny and I certainly remembered the place despite being 18 years ago. This is a decent burger joint far superior your Big M.
I love how kind he is to the cashier
California native here. As someone who has had access to in n out roughly once every 1-2 months, I love seeing people try it and enjoy it. They are not the best burgers in the world and the people either love or hate the fries, but in n out has a certain taste that sometimes you just crave. Like McDonalds isnt great but sometimes you absolutely need those fries sometimes. I also have seen plenty of people talk mad crap about it and then like a year later they start craving it
Absolutely love In and Out. One of my favourite meals from when I used to live in LA. It's a 10 from me too. 👍
