I had the same issue with the parking brake safety switch, i aligned it back , tightened bolts and put a little grease on the switch and no problems ever since.

Surprisingly good , towed with it since it had about 100k miles now it has 135k its not ideal but it does a good job gas mileage is not that good but not that bad either it gets the job done 😃😃
Do you read manuals ? if you don’t know what happen why did you comment? the manual doesn’t say anything about what to do if the break switch breaks that let’s the mower start but thank you and for your information I just got it when I uploaded this video

You waste a ton of time weedeating first. Second be more professional and buy a stick edger. A weedeater leaves a shitty edge
