Law enforcement major here. It's standard procedure that a cop that's transporting a civilian or person in custody is not supposed to respond to emergency calls. Their only job is transporting the person in their vehicle to that person's destination which in this case was the correctional facility Lee was sentenced to serve his time at.
Also, I've ridden with officers who kept their duty rifle or shotgun out in the open. I get small town cop vibes from this guy, plus if he doesn't think Lee is dangerous, I can see him not caring for proper weapon storage protocols.
As for him looking at Lee when he talks instead of focusing on the road, that's just a thing some people do when they drive, and I hate when people do that. 😅

I've have 3 kids who've always gotten along pretty well but I recently got a bonus son(My husband's first wife passed away so he was raising their 11 year old son.) I saw this meme the other day "growing up w/siblings' of an old painting w/ 2 men & one of the men has an arrow thru his eye. It makes it look like the other guy has shot him & he's saying "it's ok, you're fine, you're fine. Please don't tell mom!" I literally loled cuz that is my two youngest EVERY DAY!!

With the scene of Lee ripping up the picture, I always thought of it in a different way.
I always thought of it as Lee thinking because of what he'd done, his family was too good for him, and he wanted a way to remember them without thinking about what he did.
That's fair enough buuut
There is a real reason.
Lee killed a guy and he's semi infamous for it, Larry even knows about it.
He's just tryna protect his identity (maybe ppl know the older brother of the guys who owned this place is that one killer in the news)

With the cop at the beginning, I think its pretty clear that he wasn't killed by walkers, he drug himself out of the car and bled to death just outside of the vehicle and sense its established in the walking dead universe that everyone is infected and just dying normally turns someone its completely reasonable to assume the cop was not eaten by walkers in the first place. -1 Sin
Also when Lee asked if the person was dead he wasn't talking to the cop he was talking to clementine who you see in the top part of the screen
We don't see it in the video but in the game we here the cop struggling with something off screen, shouting, and shooting his shotgun. Plus he has a bite mark on his shoulder. We can't see many other wounds on his person either. So he was very likely killed by walkers, or at least injured by them before bleeding out.

@@complain9269 Not in a zombie apocalypse. The boy would have been killed by a member in the group or die from walker early on.
You can have annoying characters, sure I guess. However that doesn't mean you have to like or tolerate them. There's also a time and place for sorts of behaviors. Being irresponsible around dangerous equipment and being annoying are two different things.
Is Telltale’s TWD series a logical or accurate depiction of any potential zombie apocalypse? No. Not at all. But are the games fun? Yes. Yes they are. Are they aggravating? Extreeeeemely.
Season 2 was the most frustrating for me, especially after I found out for episode 4 they brought in a new writer and another writer who didn't even work at Telltale to write the episode. Especially because I wanted to see Nick and Sarah reach the peak of their character development, they did both of them dirty (Nick especially though).

@@frightfang5235 The bait-and-switch with Sarita pissed me off, it's like "Oh you cut her arm off but that actually kills her! You leave her arm on and that doesn't kill her immediately but she still dies!" Also Jane, Jane started off pretty neat as a character but holy shit Episode 4 and 5 made me hate her.
The thing is that Episodes 1, 2, and 3 started off with some good writing. Luke and Kenny were obviously foreshadowed to be the "ultimate choice" when they had you choose who to sit with at the lodge, Sarah was written to be a parallel to S1 Clementine as she slowly learned from Clem, Nick had some amazing development when you choose to save him instead of his uncle (Hardest choice of my life, I really liked Pete). And even though everyone hates her, even Bonnie had some really good writing where despite tricking Clem and friends, she genuinely hates what she did and connects with Clem, which once she sees Carver strike Clem and beat Kenny she decides that shit is enough.
Sorry for the long comment dump, I'm just genuinely passionate about Telltale's TWD story and I've always firmly believed that Episode 4 of Season 2 was where the writing started to go to complete shit.

Every character annoyed me, it didn’t focus on Clem nearly as much as it should have, and it seemed like every option you were propositioned with just downright sucked with an even suckier outcome regardless of what you chose. I don’t even really know what purpose 3 served other than to show Clem had grown up a little.

I always think that the Cop never responded to the All Units Call because he already had a Prisoner in Transit and the Prison was probably, prior to the Outbreak, expecting Lee.
Also, here's how my gameplay often goes:
Game One:Nice Guy
Game Two: Bad Guy
Game Three:NO Decisions UNLESS I HAVE to
33:10 in a much later episode at the motel (if you chose to save Carley) you can have the option of willingly telling specific characters you choose about Lee's criminal past. Lily then does actually reveal that her father had already told her about Lee's background. I don't remember her giving an indication about when he might have told her but you can assume he told her already way back when they were still waiting for the pharmacy to be unlocked.
I think the officer being all chill with Lee is because they know each other. Lee was quite well known, right? Isn't he a school teacher or something?
No. He was chill with him because Lee was calm and didn't cry like all the other prisoners the officer drove.
He is a history professor in Atlanta university if I remember correctly.
Lee is an educated independent man, not some incel who still lives with mom and cries for everything.
A History Professor and Lecturer. He killed a Senator for sleeping with his wife. I don't blame him, I woulda done the same😒
In Lee's defense at the beginning, he likely thought he'd be in trouble for shooting the cop before he realized the full extent of the situation, hence why when he sees Clementine he only said there had been a shooting, not who did it. I'm also pretty sure Lee only had a bad cut on his leg, not a break, and Herschel actually is fine with building the fence if you leave at night, since that gets Chet killed offscreen

5:50 He's asking Clementine, who's standing at the top of the small incline just a dozen or so feet away. When he's later yelling for help he's actually trying to call out to her. He's seen her and knows she's somewhere around the area.
For the farm walkers. This is early in the apocalypse so it means that if the walkers got bit nearby then chances are that they couldn't get into large herds yet. Also I haven't read the comics yet so I don't know where the farm is exactly (it can't be far from Atlanta since they made it there within 1 day). But still it would take some time for walkers from population centres to walk to the farm.
This is also day 2-4. So there would probably still be some noise in cities to attract the walkers. So they would go there instead of a rural farm. So it does make sense for there not to be a lot of walkers.

With zombies walking at an extremely slow pace in this universe I wonder how they could have caught up to any able human in the first place.....unless they have sneak 100 or the plot said so.
Uh that's the scenario. The virus is airborne and it infects anyone who dies normally. According to the internet one person dies each 40 seconds or less

I like to think they were eaten. There’s definitely some people who’s faces got eaten off at the start. I think that’s what happens since it was so soon
Walkers in the game are very different from the one in the show. For some reason their mouths are more skinned and shaped like a boat in rare occasions. They are also really pale or at some points they can be super black. But in the show it's different... There is prob a difference in the virus in both telltale games and the show.

the walking dead telltale is based of the comics not the show so its canon but only with the comics and maybe they were alr decomposed in it?
I'm pretty sure his leg wasn't broken at the beginning and that it only had the large gash through the quadricep, as I don't think he would be able to walk on it at all if it was completely broken. That and the fact that when he got it patched up later, he didn't need a splint or some kind of cast to keep the leg from moving, which you would typically need for a broken bone.
I think you didnt add enough sins for duck existing, bothering clem, and being the one of the worst child imaginable

The thing with the zombie that just sit there and do nothing is from the comics where some of them do the same

To be fair for the headshot sin, there wasn’t much else to shoot, if the Walker was crawling towards him, even if he didn’t know to shoot for the head, there’s no reason not to shoot the head.
I still need to know why people think pillows suppress a gunshot maybe the muzzle blast and help prevent the round going supersonic at that close of a range but.... the sound of the primer going off and on a semi-auto the sound of the action moving...
Well People dont even realise that guns with silencers do a lot of sound aswell. That is just so called movie magic.

@Leon Russell quiet not silent and if you ever listen to one going off you can hear the rollers in the roller blowback system moving as well as the primer going off as well. Yeah the bullet is quiet but have you ever set off just a primer its extremely loud and can still make your ears ring with that sweet sweet tinnitus. Not to mention videos of them no where near catch the actual noise they are giving off when your listening on your headphones at home at a safe volume you still need gearing protection even then its that loud its just not AS loud

I don't think so, he wasn't that close to them (maybe after he killed that guy, idk how it was before that) and he himself said it was a while since they saw each other for the last time. I don't think the combination would be that important to him, so he didn't have a reason to know it. I would probably just forget it tho lmao

I believe the restroom was locked, since Lee tells Clem that about the key's location, but they should have heard the walker previous to that anyway.

34:28 okay I can explain this one. Way back when the game was first out, Carley was in the lead for a LONG time. Around the time everyone had played people wanted to see what the alternate choices would be, which is why Doug is in the lead now
Yeah, I remember that. I think it's also why so many choices that go against Kenny have become prominent. It used to be split 60-70% in his favor before for most of them
One thing I got to point out, is that the cop probably died of the bite he had. Though I did say before the edit that he died from the injuries though apparently there is a scene of him screaming and walkers growling. The reason Lee says he's 'thirsty' is because he stays in the car for few days I think. Though this makes no sense as the police man would have already walked off as that what walkers do.
Also Lee doesn't have a broken leg. This would make sense as the next day he walks completely fine. It must be just sprained.

He was weak. There was nothing he could do.
You can choose to do so for trying to save Duck. It breaks immediately.
Realistically duck, Lee, and Shawn would have died. In reality, zombies should be much much stronger than they are portrayed. Zombies feel zero pain, thus giving them a huge strength difference. It would have been too late for Hershel to save them.
I think you underestimate how strong walkers are, if you get caught ONCE, that’s a slow and painful death. It’s not as simple as just whacking them with a board.

You can see a hole in the windshield which is probably how he got out, as well as walkers are attracted to noise thus having no reason to go after lee
Sin: during the crash, you can see objects flying around due to their size and weight, But how did the unloaded shotgun stay in place as if it was glued? as far as I know, unloaded shotgun can move a bit, but not stay in place like shown in the opening

There is an option to punch the walkers when you go to save Shaun. But he backs up because they auto focus on him. I guess the difference was that the one holding duck was too focused on him to care about lee. Makes no sense but I'm not the game developer

Some of these a bit weak, but seeing you put a disclaimer I’m not gonna take it that seriously.
I work as a Security guard, but I more or less also end up being customer service as well. The amount of obvious crap I have to poibt out to people... it's surprising and makes you want to roll your eyes at the common person.
Yes, in my opinion, most people are that oblivious to their surroundings to be ambushed out in a Farm or wherever. Especially since these are Romero style zombies, that at most groan when spotting someone, or in some cases barely make noise at all.
I've spooked people just by walking up to them in broad daylight.
This is probably your most unique zombie sin counter since it all depends on your own choices. But then again most of your choices don’t matter that much because this is a walking dead telltale game
This game is my favorite walking dead story but these sins are great. Looking forward to the rest

Carly is too old not know about batteries. Her character looks like she was born in the 80s which means she grew up with alot of technology needing new batteries often.

And if you're meaning she was born somewhere in the 80's, such as 1984, 1985, 1986, she would be 18 or 17. Telltales the walking dead takes place in 2003. So she would've been born in the seventies.
