Even though it looks like 2 and 25 are connected at C. They are not connected at the same two terminals so can't be parallel with each other.

Sir in the last question how 40&10 ohm ada connected in series , because in 10ohm is a starting point, 40 ohm is also a starting point but series are connectd from one terminal to other pls explain

@@kavii3039 yes, even though they all have a starting point, they are connected end to end at at the buttom right, hence in series....

Parallel resistors
1. They are connected to the same two nodes (junction)
2. They have the same voltage across them
3. They have different current in them
4. When you go through a loop without passing through any other circuit element (eg. Current source, voltage source) except two resistors they are in parallel
Series resistors
1. They are connected end to end
2. Same current flows through them
