When you go through a loop without passing through any other circuit element (eg. Current source, voltage source) except two resistors they are in parallel Series resistors 1. They are connected end to end 2. Same current flows through them

Even though it looks like 2 and 25 are connected at C. They are not connected at the same two terminals so can't be parallel with each other.

@@kavii3039 yes, even though they all have a starting point, they are connected end to end at at the buttom right, hence in series....
