It's interesting how those massive floods y'all had didn't kill off all the roos. Those mud barras were alright hey, do they taste muddy coming out of that muddy waters?
Haha I did reply to your comment last week owning up that it was me haha u must have missed it 😉 the silver Saltwater barra caught here have lovely white flesh very clean, not a stronger flavour. The freshwater barra do have a strong muddy flavour, you'll notice when fishing up the river in the fresh we always put them back. The weather's warming up now, the bigger barra are feeding in the salt again, we play in the mud alot this time of year even though it's so hot.
