My husband always tells me (because I'm chronically ill) that "you don't have to be doing anything to be tired, your body is literally fighting itself beyond repair". And it's the same for you! You literally have a baby growing inside of your womb, you don't need any other reason to be tired! As frustrating as it is, listen to your body, do things when you can do things and rest when your body tells you to rest. You're doing so well, Shan! I cannot wait to "meet" your little bundle ❤
I even now watch old videos of Shan just to hear her voice. Sometimes I’ll watch the very old ones and the current ones and it’s so amazing to see you grow and change over the years.

The third trimester is haaaard, relax girl! In Italy we have 5 months maternity leave so I thoroughly enjoyed my time off, everyone should! Just do what you want when you want.
Patrick Ta has quickly become one of my fav brands! his clear brow lamination gel is like my everything..your brows don't move for shizz after, like it literally is glue and you can use a brow pen on top to fill in gaps which I find hard to find lamination products that allow pens to draw on so its extra amazing. absolutely stunning!
I love seeing colors on the waterline other than brown or black. Green, gold, and purple shades especially. Kind of excited about how talked-about Ilia is getting. I used to only see Ilia in small salons. Might have to check out some new products. 👀

I have a just over 2 month old little girl and I will be honest, the first month was hard to even do anything besides feed her. I rarely had time to eat or shower let alone do my makeup, so girl take your time! Focus on you, Hamish and baby. We will all be here when you come back ❤️ get as much rest as you can, birth takes so much out of you. Don’t worry about us, love!
Your hair looks so thick and lovely! It’s amazing what pregnancy does to your hair, I was so sad when mine thinned back out again after my son was born. Also, enjoy the newborn stage, you don’t know how precious those months are until they’re gone.

Girl you will have to have everything from Patrick Ta. His products are amazing. Both eyeshadow palettes are beautiful and all his cream and powder blush duos are chefs kiss. You put the powder down first then the cream blush and it’s beautiful

Girl. I’m new here, new subscriber. Don’t put yourself down so much!! You are beautiful regardless of surgical intervention, if you wanna do it go for it! But love yourself too, enjoy the tiring motherhood because someday, baby will be crawling around and those moments where you are up all night with baby will be gone. I’m a widowed mom with two young boys and I can completely relate to picking myself apart as well. Love and light your way!

Girl trust me you’ll need a break once baby is here and we won’t be mad at all! Baby will feed every 3-4 hours and you will be SLEEP DEPRIVED! When you’re not feeding you’ll be sleeping so we totally understand if you need a break ❤️ take in all the new born goodness hehe

You’ll loveeeee the ilia volume mascara! You need long lashes because it’s a wet formula on a huge brush BUT it gives falsie vibes with one coat 😍
I freaking loveeee that ilia foundation serum you used on your face. I’ve had it for a few months and it’s my go to. They say to apply it with your finger but I like to use a foundation brush kinda brush but a tiny size. And I put it on in sections to really work it in. Then I don’t need any highlighter cuz that glow lasts all day long. And I have natural red cheeks so I also don’t need blush cuz my red natural flush shows thru. Barely there makeup is the new trend for me. I’m so over the full coverage caked on makeup. I’m all for the thin fluffy brows and natural glowy skin with the dune up eyes with color. That’s all I can do right now with my makeup.

thinking of you and hoping all is well... the last month of my pregnancy was certainly exhausting-heavy breathing-popping tums like no tomorrow---- but I experienced it once and am grateful to have taken so many pics. I struggled with nursing-it was painful, and I stopped. I didn't let anyone 'tell me what I needed to do' and my now 8 year old has been healthy, smart, kind, and strong---just a lil note :)
I love the skin tint from Ilia and I use a blender sponge to blend it. It's my go to foundation and has been for years now. I find it to be streaky when I try it with a brush.

I am currently in my third trimester as well and I completely agree on the tiredness. I could sleep all day and still be exhausted and it’s the one thing that drives me crazy.

Omg grrrrl I feel you in relation to the botox. It's the one thing I like to do for myself.. and I'm still breast feeding (it's the same deal they advise against it because there's not enough research on effects) so I'm STILL waiting to get it 🤣😭 the sacrifices.

I laughed more than I should've when you said you could prefilm content but tired. 😂 but really, maternity leave is for you and baby and dad to get acclimated. Don't worry about posting. No one I've known has worked during their maternity leave, so the same should go for you. Regardless of the fact you create content. Soak up those baby snuggles ❤️

For the bluelight-thing: there are no studies backing, that light from screens has an effect on skin. The exposure one would need to have is unachievably high. So it is a gimmick and fear-marketing.🤨

dont push yourself too hard to work! these newborn stages never come back. spend as much quality time with your bubba as you can. my girl is now a crazy toddler and i feel like i missed out on so much of her newborn phase.

Botox in the USA for TMJ insurance will not pay for it! I have tried for 3 years now! I bet you can’t wait to get that done! Hugs and you are glowing!
What does US insurance pay for? They denied a revision surgery for a tumor that grew back in my head after having it removed. They said it was “medically unnecessary” lol

Take your time posting content. Enjoy your newborn because that time goes by so fast. Something people don't really talk about that much is the postpartum. It was hell for me but the sooner you get back to doing things you love to do, parts of your before baby routine, the faster you will start feeling like yourself again. It took me a good two or three weeks after having my daughter to snap out of it. Asking for help from anyone was the hardest part for me. I felt like I should be able to do everything all on my own because I'm the one that brought the baby into this world and I felt like a failure if I had to ask someone to even feed baby for me so I could go shower.. ask for help. There's absolutely nothing wrong with needing help. You'll understand what I mean later on 🙂. You and Hamish are going to be such great parents! I am so excited for you!

When I was pregnant with my twins in third trimester I was so swollen all the time. Lol my face was just round 😝 after you give birth within two weeks the water weight goes away! Especially with breastfeeding. Watch for hair loss after pregnancy.
Trinny used to be part of a duo 'Trinny and Susannah'.. they did some fashion type programmes in the UK back in the early 2000s. Seems Trinny has no branched out into subtle makeup for more mature skin although it does give me Glossier vibes.

I have tmj! Do you find the fillers for tmj painful? I have had some in my lips and it wasn’t too bad but I feel like the jaw area would hurt 😟
its not fillers its botox :) it can feel a bit stingy bc if you have TMJ its likely very tight but its totally bearable
