I recently saw someone on IG sort their medicine cabinet by ailment. So when their child would say come down with a tummy ache in the night and they were sending their spouse to go grab something they could simply say “go grab the tummy bin” and it was a nice little bun full of all the tummy remedies. Thought that was a really smart idea.
Things I keep for my children. Book Legos Duolos Wood train tracks and accessories Cars & a track that rolls up I did declutter some books and made space for the 24 Christmas books we pull out during Dec. I also put our cars & track away in the basement in order to have a cubby to keep our little people nativity during this season. I am just realizing I should store a way my children's stuffed animals (they each only keep about 3 on their bed) but we bring out several for Christmas and then there's too many.
Irish dancing? I took irish step dance classes for many years when I was younger. Its such an uncommon thing so it always surprises me when I hear someone else doing it. So fun! Love your videos!
I loooove so much your videos ! It's so inspiring ! Thank you so much to be here in youtube, your simplicity and generosity are graceful for me. Kiss from France
Excess shoes. We are very minimal with our childrens shoes. Sneakers, church boots and snow boots. Literally that's it. Occasionally my littles have rain boots. During summer we swap out the church boots for sandals and add in flip flops.
Thanks for this great reminder! Christmas can sadly become all about materialism but this video is great for helping us make it about something so much more meaningful! ❤️
Could you please say more at some point about your son’s coughing and getting better? My son is coughing over 1 and half year. He doesn’t have asthma and his chest scan is clear. We don’t have pets, we have eco cleaning products and washing products (as my little girl suffered for extreme egzema). I would love if you could say more about your habits for your little one and supplements, vitamin and diet. Thank you so much xx
Seeing this video makes me want to ask you if you can do a video on how to prepare for a simple Christmas Christian family dinner including a little sharing and songs.
Love your videos as always! ?? Would you share what you give your son for his cough?? Constant battle over here with my two Littles who have asthma and allergies 😢
I just said no to a "porch pot party" today! I am not into gardening and I just didn't want to get all the supplies and drag it there to put it together and then drag it back home to set up. Not my thing at all, so I just said no. I've spent today instead fixing 4 of my wreaths with bows and now having a hot chocolate watching this video.
As a mom of four (some grown, some still at home, and a couple of grandbabies) I respectfully disagree on the toys. Kids need to play! They learn through play. To a certain point, it's arguably their job. I understand the need for kids to get quality time with their parents but parents can get down on the floor and build and create with them for quality time. Chores are important and have to be done, but chores and board games don't replace the flow of play and what that does developmentally for children: sharing/negotiating, spatial reasoning, dexterity/motor skills, etc. I saw through my kids how much their playing with each other, independent of me, enriched their relationships. I realize they can play without toys, but they will play independently or with each other more readily if they have something to play with. Keep their toys, maybe just edit them down to what they really love. Just my two cents.
Thank you! ♥️💯 / Everyone please make sure you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour! He is coming soon! Please don't be left behind! Repent and accept Jesus! JESUS LOVES YOU! John 3:16, Revelation 20:15, 1 Corrinthians 15 1-4

Can you do a “what I got for my kids for Christmas” minimalism edition 😊

Great video! :) I love your calming voice :)
Hi Margaret! One thing that I was wondering and have never seen in your videos is what type of bed you guys have? Could you please share? 😊
Great video, thank you!
great tips! ❣love the idea of declutting before the holidays so everything is fresh and clutter-free for the new year
I have four children but don’t have any other family that gift them ever, so I feel strongly about gifting intentionally.
Thank you. I needed to hear these things. ❤
Thank you for your video! Already have begun the toy decluttering :)

May I ask what you recommend for your child who battles with coughs?! I’m in the same boat 😢 thank you!
We love the salt room near us, our nebulizer and anything the Holistic Mother on Instagram recommends!
Tidying our bedroom almost makes me feel so much better! 👊🏻 But it's where I have to suff and hide gifts. It's just a wreck during this time. 😫
Ciao Margaret qual'è il tuo Pokémon preferito per curiosità?
