C.H Mohammed Koya Memorial State Institute for the Mentally Challenged is an autonomous society registered under the Charitable Societiy’s Registration Act 1995.It is registered on 23rd December 1995.This society is governed by a General Council and an Executive Council. The management and control of affairs of the institute is vested with the General Council of the Institute. The minister in charge of General Education is the Chairman and Secretary General Education is Vice Chairman.
C.H Mohammed Koya Memorial State Institute for the Mentally Challenged is popularly known as SIMC. Simc has its headquarters at Pangappara, 10 Kms away from Trivandrum City. The Institute provides the following services.
