Der Tag ist vergangen or The day is ended (Rakov) - ABRSM Grade 3

My performance of "Der Tag ist vergangen" (The day is ended) by Nikolai Petrovich Rakov (1908-1990), included in the ABRSM Grade 3 booklet for the years 2017 & 2018.
This is a little masterpiece capturing the bittersweet, suspended atmosphere at the end of the day (maybe in a cold, winter landscape... just my impression). Can't you see the last bit of the sun's disk eventually disappearing below the horizon in the very last chord?
No wonder I love Russian composers so much. I hope you enjoy my interpretation.
